Kim Zolciak & Kroy Biermann's Home Reportedly Visited By U.S. Marshals After Sale

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's Georgia home is officially free of occupants following a visit from the U.S. Marshals.

The former couple sold the home at a significant loss in February, but new reports claimed someone was still living there until law enforcers gave them the boot in April.

It is unclear who got kicked out, but their exit marks the end of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's tumultuous history with the Georgia property.

According to reports, four deputy marshals visited Zolciak and Biermann's former Georgia mansion to evict those still in the house. The officials arrived on April 8 around 3:30 PM and stayed until 6:45 PM, before the "ejected" box was ticked, confirming that an occupant(s) had been removed from the property.

TMZ confirmed the reports did not specify who was removed from the mansion. However, Zolciak and Biermann's names have not been removed from the house despite its sale to new owners. The former couple desperately tried to sell the property amid their contentious divorce but failed to attract buyers.

The fear of foreclosure and their mounting debts eventually pushed them to slash their initial $6 million asking price repeatedly until they had no choice but to accept a significant loss.The Blast shared that they sold their longtime home for $2.75 million in February.

Zolciak and Biermann purchased the mansion for 900k in 2012 as their family home, but their paradise came crashing down in 2023, with Biermann first filing for divorce that May. He changed his mind two months later and withdrew the filing before doubling down on leaving his then-wife in August 2023.

If the Georgia home could talk, it would rant about all the drama it witnessed amid the former couple's separation, from multiple police visits to scathing accusations. The tension between Zolciak and Biermann did not stop even during their relocation process.

The pair got into a heated fight on moving day, with Biermann blocking Zolciak's moving truck with his car. The outcome led to a heated verbal dispute, and the police were called to resolve their differences. When authorities arrived, the former couple accused each other of theft.

Early this year, The Blast shared that Zolciak and Biermann's differences had intensified following the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum's demands for her ex to undergo a psych evaluation amid their divorce proceedings.

Zolciak expressed concern for her estranged husband's mental health, claiming he required psychological assistance. She implored the court to have medical professionals assess Biermann for potential Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE).

CTE, per the Mayo Clinic, is a brain disorder likely caused by repeated head injuries that lead to the death of nerve cells in the brain. Since Biermann was a former professional footballer, Zolciak argued that he might have developed the condition from taking too many hits to the head.

According to Zolciak, Biermann was in desperate need of a psych evaluation to determine the underlying cause of his abusive nature. She alleged he was physically violent and extremely sexually promiscuous, noting he would frequently erupt into profanity-laden rants about her in front of their young children.

The TV personality supported her CTE suspicions by citing a Boston University study on football players with the condition. The report stated that over 90% of former NFL players exhibited signs of CTE, and Zolciak believed her estranged husband fell into that category.

On that note, she implored the court to intervene and order Biermann to undergo a psych evaluation. Her request came days before her ex refiled his divorce petition because Zolciak had moved to a different county in Georgia.

In February, The Blast reported that Biermann had doubled down on ending his marriage to Zolciak by refiling the separation documents. He explained that his ex had relocated, which moved their tumultuous court battle to Cobb County.

The former athlete wasn't alone, as Zolciak echoed similar sentiments about a reconciliation being off the table a month later. She told the paparazzi she had moved on from her divorce drama with a new man, but did not reveal his identity.

When pressed about who her mystery lover was, Zolciak claimed he was not in the entertainment industry, nor was he a former athlete like Biermann. Based on the limited information she provided, it appeared that her widely speculated beau, Chet Hanks, was not the man she ended up with, according to The Blast.
