Britney Spears Releases Tirade On 'Cruel Humans': 'I Loved Their Dogs More Than Them'

Pop star Britney Spears is not holding anything back in her latest Instagram post!

The "Toxic" singer made it clear that she has dated some "f-cking complete a--holes" in the past and revealed that they were so "cruel" to her that she ended up loving "their dogs more than" the people she used to date!

This week, Britney's ex, Sam Asghari, has been in the news for comments that he made about their relationship and how it has affected his career. The two dated on the set of her "Slumber Party" music video in 2016 when he was a former personal trainer and aspiring actor. He has had some new acting gigs under his belt since their relationship ended in 2023, but he's made it clear that he's actually had to work harder to prove himself in the industry due to their relationship.

His comments seemed to have sparked an Instagram post that the "Crossroads" actress shared on Tuesday night. "AN EXTREMELY SHADY WEEK AND NOT FEELING the love and honestly if I did I’D GRACIOUSLY SEND IT RIGHT BACK TO YOUR A-- !!! F-CKING BIRDS !!!" she began, immediately making her anger known to her fans as she continued to talk about the close connection that she has with animals.

The "Circus" singer made it clear that she is pretty upset with the way her name has been kicked around in the headlines, lately, which is why she has preferred the company of animals rather than people. "I honestly think it started at the beginning of this year when I’m so turned off by humanity and the way people have literally … I have no words !!! I do know I talk to animals and I’m extremely close to God and feel such a strong intuition !!!" she wrote, reminding her fans that she loves to retreat to Maui when she needs a break from Los Angeles.

"The strongest connection I feel is in Maui as it’s a more clear and distinct connection that awakens and enlightens me !!! Oh God f-ck it !!! A lot of words I will get to the point !!!" she wrote before revealing that she recently took a trip to a place where she had an incredible experience with some lions.

"I went to a place and saw so many lions but before I walked down this long hallway on each side, there was probably 17 lions in this place !!! I stopped and I almost went to my knees !!! I felt something so incredibly holy and I didn’t understand why I was the only one in complete awe and shock of not EVEN SEEING THEM YET I FELT ALL OF THEM !!!" she wrote. "Well to make a long story way shorter !!! Three of the lions stood all the way up and put their hands at the top of the cage three separate times !!! I will admit it was f-cking insane !!! He said they’ve never stood up for anyone before and Steven Spielberg was just here yesterday !!!"

Britney then seemed to circle back to the point of her post, and she wasn't shy about making her feelings known. "Anyways I dated two f-cking complete a--holes after that and I realized I loved their dogs more than them and I think it’s because their dogs bowed to me every time I entered the room !!! Now the guys were of course cruel humans that never even acknowledged me and never held my hand in the car for 6 years !!!" she continued, seemingly calling out her ex. "I choose animals over people anyday !!! Maybe I should go say hi to the lions, the most feared animal in the world yet they acknowledged me ???"

On this week’s episode of SiriusXM’s Page Six Radio, “The Traitors” reality star admitted that his relationship with Britney did help his career, although he insisted that he still had to work hard in order to get to where he is now.

"I can’t sit here and lie and say it wasn’t good for me," he said. "Of course, it gives you, when you’re in such a public relationship, the platform. It sort of gave me that platform for who I am. But I was going there anyway."

"We met on an acting set, we met as co-workers," he continued. "I was already auditioning, I just started acting at that momen,t so I was already doing stuff anyway."

"Did it question certain things? Did it make me have to work harder to prove myself?” he asked. “Absolutely."

"In the producer sessions there was questions of, 'Do we wanna hire someone that’s a cheesy trainer?' Because at the time I was a trainer as well. And, 'He's associated with a pop star,' which is also cheesy as well. 'Can we see him as a character?' There was that line as well,” he explained.

Sam is currently dating real estate agent Brooke Irvine. The two made their red carpet debut at the grand opening of The Tryst Hotel in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, after finalizing his divorce from Britney Spears in May 2024.
