Taylor Swift can not seem to catch a break with obsessed fans invading her privacy.
The star singer is taking legal action to put a potential threat to her life away for good after multiple occurrences from the perpetrator, as recent as last month.
Aside from being a talented singer, Taylor Swift is also famous for filing several restraining orders, including one involving a knife-wielding stalker in 2018 and an obsessed, delusional lover in 2014.
Taylor Swift's Stalker Reportedly Sent Her Text Messages From Jail

Taylor Swift has filed for a temporary restraining order against a 45-year-old man named Brian Jason Wagner, whom she claims has been harassing her for years. Wagner allegedly keeps showing up at her Los Angeles home uninvited, falsely asserting that she is the mother of his child.
Swift's legal documents reveal that he has appeared at her residence on multiple occasions, recently in May, under the pretense of checking on a friend, which she denies as untrue.
Swift discovered Wagner's criminal history after her security team conducted a report revealing that he had been incarcerated. He had reportedly sent her numerous disturbing and fabricated messages from prison, weaving stories about his connection to her life.
Wagner has even gone so far as to change the address on his driver's license to her home address, according to Swift. The singer noted that on at least three occasions in July 2024, he showed up at her residence, once reportedly carrying a glass bottle that could be construed as a weapon.
Per TMZ, Swift insists in her filing that she has never met or communicated with him and is seeking a court order to ensure he remains at least 100 yards away from her, her home, her workplace, and her car.
The 'Bad Blood' Singer Legally Dealt With A Stalking Situation Over A Decade Ago

In 2014, USA TODAY stated that a Los Angeles Superior Court judge ordered a notorious stalker of the singer, named Timothy Sweet, to stay away from Swift for three years due to allegations of harassment and threats. The restraining order also extends to Swift's parents and her work locations.
Swift reportedly sought a restraining order, expressing concerns for her safety and that of her family. In court filings, she described feeling alarmed and distressed by Sweet's threatening messages regarding his claiming to be married to her.
"Mr. Sweet's course of conduct, including threats to harm my family, is seriously alarming and harassing and is extremely distressing to me and my family," the singer wrote, adding that he also issues threats against anyone who might interfere with their perceived relationship.
Sweet reportedly visited Swift's homes in Beverly Hills and Nashville and refused to contest the restraining order, which includes threats made in online messages that read:
"Dearest Taylor, I'll kill any man who gets in the way of our marriage."
The Billionaire Secured A 5-Year Restraining Order Against A Trespasser In 2018

Swift got a judge to issue a five-year protective order against one Julius Sandrock, the man who attempted to break into her home while armed with a knife in 2018. At the time of his arrest, Sandrock was already on probation in Colorado, but he violated the terms by traveling out of state and failing to submit to a drug test.
As reported by The Blast, Sandrock was arrested in April of the same year for felony stalking after he tried to enter Swift's residence wearing a mask and gloves. He was also reportedly carrying a rope, a knife, and live ammunition.
Although Swift was not at home during the incident, her account in her legal filing revealed that the situation caused her significant distress and fear for her safety.
Sandrock was initially ordered to remain 500 yards away from Swift, but the judge extended this to a five-year order of protection during another hearing. He was also required to stay at least 100 yards away from her.
Inside Swift's Date Night With Her Partner Before The Stalking Reports

Swift will not let her current security challenge rain on her parade. Daily Mail spotted the singer out on date night with her bf, NFL's Travis Kelce. The couple's train made a stop at the Buccan restaurant in Palm Beach, Florida, this weekend.
Swift and Kelce served looks and legs in an almost matching ensemble. The singer opted for a short, cleavage-baring dress that showcased her incredible legs, which she complemented with platform heels.
She paired her monochromatic look with a fancy hairdo featuring a low bun and sharp bangs. Kelce was date night ready in a black shirt and checkered pants combo.
The athlete opted for a pair of black shoes as he held his lady's hands tightly while they stepped out of the restaurant and exchanged pleasantries with a few staff members.
Taylor Swift And Travis Kelce's Relationship Certified The Real Deal

While she is not a stalker, a longtime fan of the singer present at the restaurant gave her verdict on the state of her very public romance with Kelce. According to Pamela Goodman:
"They were a giggly couple on a date. They were just adorable. Trust me, this is true love. This is not fake. They're real. They're adorable."
She described the couple as friendly and exactly everything the Swifties really believe they are. Goodman claimed she was initially unaware of their arrival, but once she recognized them, she felt a rush of excitement, stating she was left "shaking."
As they enjoyed their evening, Goodman noted that the couple shared food, cocktails, and affectionate moments while unbothered by the other diners. The OG Swiftie could not help but express her admiration as she walked past their table on her way out.
She reportedly introduced herself as one of Swift's oldest and biggest fans, congratulating the singer on the re-ownership of her masters. Goodman confirmed that Swift then appreciated the kind words, complimenting the fan and shaking her hand in acknowledgment.
