Elon Musk has boldly accused President Donald Trump of being the "real reason" why the Jeffrey Epstein files have not yet been fully released.
According to the tech mogul, Trump is named in the files, seemingly suggesting that he may be involved in the delay.
The remarks come amid the duo's feud after Elon Musk departed from Donald Trump's administration and swiftly lambasted the president's "One Big Beautiful Bill."
Elon Musk Claims The President Is Named In The 'Epstein Files'

In a shocking twist amid the fallout of Elon Musk and Donald Trump's once-chummy relationship, the tech mogul has made a bombshell claim about the former president's alleged connection to deceased sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
Taking to his platform, Musk claimed in a tweet that the president was among the high-profile names in the "Epstein files."
These files generally refer to a collection of court documents, flight logs, depositions, video footage, and other records connected to the late financier, who was accused of orchestrating a large-scale sex trafficking operation involving underage girls and influential figures.
"Time to drop the really big bomb: @realDonaldTrump is in the Epstein files," Musk remarked on X.
The Tesla CEO Believes Trump Is The 'Real Reason' Stopping The Release Of The Full Files

The Tesla CEO went on to allude that Trump's alleged link with Epstein is the "real reason" that the full files are yet to be made public after U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi released a first tranche earlier in the year.
"That is the real reason they have not been made public. Have a nice day, DJT!" Musk continued.
Seemingly unsatisfied with the rant, Musk came back to add a separate tweet where he predicted that the public would get to see his claims come to pass.
"Mark this post for the future. The truth will come out," the tech mogul said.
MAGA Supporters Are Having A Meltdown Over The Epstein Claim

Musk's post about Trump has left MAGA supporters confused, with many questioning the reason behind the Tesla boss's fight with the president.
One person on X called out Musk, writing, "Come on, man. If he was in there, the deep state would've found a way to bring that out the last time around while covering themselves. He would've been blackmailed to not run for president. Can't you guys handle this in private?"

Another stated, "So you're saying you willingly worked with a pedophile and kept his secret? This smells like a MASSIVE lawsuit, my man."
A third person wrote, "Elon is the new CNN.... Trump was on the plane, well well-established knowledge, but never went to the island. Elon thinking he landed a big shot is a joke, this is 10-year-old news."
One more individual noted, "This will be known as the most expensive Tweet of all time. Mark this," implying Trump would sue Musk for his accusation.
Elon Musk Recently Criticized Donald Trump's 'Big Beautiful' Bill

The remarks follow Musk's criticism of the president's "big beautiful" bill, which included significant tax cuts, spending reductions, and policy changes.
At the time, the tech mogul labeled it as a "pork-filled Congressional spending bill" and a "disgusting abomination."
He also stated in a separate tweet that the bill was rushed by Trump instead of following the due process to have it passed.
"Not even those in Congress who had to vote on the Big Ugly Spending Bill had time to read it," Musk wrote.
Donald Trump Says He Is Unsure If He Still Has A Relationship With Elon Musk

In the wake of the bill criticism, Trump told reporters that he and Musk's "great relationship" may have met its demise.
"I don't know if we will anymore. I was surprised, because… we had a wonderful sendoff," the president said, referencing Musk's earlier decision to quit the administration as the head of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).
Trump continued, "I'm very disappointed because Elon knew the inner workings of this bill. He never had a problem until right after he left."
The president went on to claim that Musk might have "Trump derangement syndrome" as he explained how some of his former staff often become "hostile" after they quit his administration.
"They wake up in the morning, the glamor is gone, the whole world is different, and they become hostile," he said.
