In the clip posted to her Instagram, Meghan is seen dancing to Starrkeisha's "Baby Mama" track, a viral song that sparked a social media trend years ago.
As the beat kicked in, Prince Harry entered the frame, and Meghan, who wore a black gown, started twerking and gyrating playfully around the hospital room.
Harry, sporting an olive green hoodie and jeans, also joined his wife to dance to the beat, showing off his incredible moves.
Alongside the video, the Duchess of Sussex captioned the post with a light-hearted explanation.
She wrote, "Four years ago today, this also happened. Both of our children were a week past their due dates… so when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn't work, there was only one thing left to do!"

When Prince Harry and Meghan Markle welcomed their second child in June 2021, they honored family tradition and legacy with her name.
The couple announced the arrival of Lilibet "Lili" Diana Mountbatten-Windsor just days after her birth at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital in California. Born on Friday, June 4 at 11:40 a.m., baby Lili weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces.
In their birth announcement, they said, "Lili is named after her great-grandmother, Her Majesty The Queen, whose family nickname is Lilibet."
Her middle name, Diana, was a tribute to Harry's late mom, Princess Diana, who died in a car crash in 1997.
Queen Elizabeth Was Reportedly Upset Over Harry And Meghan's Use of 'Lilibet'

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's decision to name their daughter Lilibet Diana sparked tension within royal circles, with insiders claiming it deeply unsettled Queen Elizabeth II.
As reported by The Mirror, the name originated when a young Princess Elizabeth struggled to pronounce her own name. Her grandfather, King George V, affectionately dubbed her "Lilibet," and the nickname stuck. It was used only by those closest to her, remaining a private symbol of her youth and family intimacy.
When the Duke and Duchess of Sussex named their daughter after this personal moniker, some members of the royal household were reportedly surprised.
In "Charles III: New King, New Court, The Inside Story," royal author Robert Hardman noted the depth of the Queen's reaction. One aide allegedly said she was "as angry as I'd ever seen her" in the wake of the announcement.
At the time, it was suggested publicly that Queen Elizabeth had been consulted about the name and had given her blessing.
However, reports soon emerged with conflicting claims. A Palace source told the press she had not been asked in advance, while other insiders indicated the Queen felt pressured, believing she could not refuse the request, even if she had reservations.
