A great friendship may be brewing between Christine's current husband and the Brown family patriarch, and the trio is all down to explore the possibility.
Christine Brown tied the knot with David Woolley nearly two years ago, after she ended her marriage with Kody Brown in 2021, making her the first of his four wives to exit the union.
Kody Brown Wants To Go On A Trip With Christine Brown's New Husband

In the recent episode of "Sister Wives: One on One," Kody reflected on his initial meeting with David before he officially became Christine's husband.
The reality star acknowledged to the host, Sukanya Krishnan, that David seemed like a decent person. He was also asked to share his thoughts on possibly developing a relationship with Christine and David, perhaps even going on a double date in the future.
Kody revealed that he is quite forgiving and entertained the idea of a guys' trip with David, but quickly dismissed the thought, expressing concern that it would be unfair to Christine.
"Here's the thing. I've had conversations with David since that just was kind of like [I] enjoyed his company and, I had a dirty thought.I thought David and I should go on a guy's trip together. And then I went, no, that would just be so uncool to Christine," the reality star echoed per PEOPLE.

In her session, Christine shared her hopes for a more amicable relationship between Kody and David, suggesting it would be nice if they could become friends.
Sukanya highlighted Kody's interest in a guy trip, which resonated with the newly married couple. David, however, acknowledged that for such a trip to take place, certain "rules" would need to be established between him and Kody.
While Christine expressed willingness to go on a double date with Kody and Robyn eventually, she clarified that she was not ready for that yet. She admitted to feeling a lot of nervousness about such interactions, emphasizing her need for reassurance from David, who promised her that everything would be fine.
"And David would be like, 'It's going to be OK, you're going to be fine. I'm here. I got you.' I have a lot of nervousness about that and a lot of nervousness about being around them right now," the TLC star said.
Christine's anxiety about being around Kody is rooted in her belief that he does not understand her and her displeasure with his comments about her.

In a previous heartfelt discussion with her former sister's wife, Janelle Brown, Christine conveyed her views on polygamy, expressing her belief that it was not an ideal family structure.
She acknowledged that while some may choose to embrace plural marriage, she personally struggles with the concept. "I think if people want to live in plural marriage, fine," she stated, emphasizing her difficulty accepting it as a great family dynamic.

She vividly illustrated her emotions by stating that she thought Robyn had "a better couch," "better dishes," and more appealing decorations, which represented the favoritism she perceived.

Alongside behind-the-scenes shots of her getting glam, Christine expressed her excitement about the upcoming book, which she describes as "gritty and honest."
The memoir will detail her experiences growing up in polygamy, her marriage, and family life. It will also cover her emotional journey of leaving behind her religion and marriage, ultimately leading to her relationship with David.
