Kristina Zias is having a full-circle moment, and it’s straight out of a Swiftie fever dream.
The influencer and Confident Collective co-founder is reliving a viral blast from the past thanks to Taylor Swift’s new album "The Tortured Poets Department," and specifically, the fan-favorite track “So High School.”
In it, the 14-time Grammy winner sings, “Are you gonna marry, kiss or kill me / It's just a game, but really / I'm bettin' on all three for us two."
For fans deep in the Travis Kelce romance timeline, the lyric sounds eerily familiar, and that’s because it is.
Old Travis Kelce Clip Resurfaces After Taylor Swift Lyric
Back in 2016, long before Kelce’s real-life romance with Swift began, Zias interviewed the Kansas City Chiefs tight end during a press junket for his E! dating show Catching Kelce. During the segment for AfterBuzz TV, she asked him the classic game, “Kiss, marry, or kill?” His pick to kiss? Taylor Swift.
Nearly a decade later, the moment resurfaced and took on a life of its own after fans started connecting the dots between the resurfaced video and Swift’s lyrics.
“It was so fun to see!!!” Zias told The Blast exclusively. “That was actually one of my favorite press junkets and at the time it didn’t get much visibility, so to see it circle around so many years later was very exciting.”
Zias says she was overwhelmed, in the best way, by the flood of reactions from fans.
“When the song came out that had the exact lyrics from my interview, I woke up to thousands of DMs freaking out and so excited for me," she added. "It was so sweet!”

As for whether Kelce or Swift have reached out since the internet explosion? “Not yet!” Zias joked. “I think they want me to officiate their wedding one day, so they are waiting to reach out to me then.”
The influencer, who’s known for her vibrant online presence and empowering lifestyle content, is leaning into the fun of it all. “Oh yes,” she laughed when asked if she ever imagined Kelce’s answer would manifest into real life. “An air and a fire sign?! A perfect match.”
A Look Back At How Taylor Swift And Travis Kelce’s Fairytale Romance Began

It all started with a friendship bracelet.
In July 2023, Kelce revealed on his podcast "New Heights," which he co-hosts with brother Jason Kelce, that he tried to give Swift a friendship bracelet with his phone number on it during her "Eras Tour" stop in Kansas City.
Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to meet her, but the bold move didn’t go unnoticed.
Taylor And Travis Go Public With Their Budding Romance

Just two months later, fans were stunned when Swift showed up at Arrowhead Stadium on September 24 to cheer on the Kansas City Chiefs, seated right next to Kelce’s mom, Donna Kelce. The internet went wild, and from that moment on, speculation swirled that this was more than a casual friendship.
By October, the couple began stepping out together more frequently. They were photographed holding hands in New York City and even made a surprise appearance on "Saturday Night Live," both making cameos in the same episode.

Swift and Kelce’s relationship continued to blossom through the fall and winter. She was spotted at multiple Chiefs games, often accompanied by her inner circle, cheering him on from the VIP suite.
Kelce returned the favor by flying to Argentina during Taylor’s "Eras Tour" international dates, where Swift famously changed the lyrics of “Karma” to, “Karma is the guy on the Chiefs coming straight home to me.”
In one of the most memorable moments of the NFL season, Swift celebrated with Kelce on the field after the Chiefs won Super Bowl LVIII. The couple shared a kiss and several sweet embraces, making it one of their most public displays of affection yet.
With Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce continuing to dominate headlines and their relationship seemingly stronger than ever, it’s clear Zias’ throwback moment has secured its place in pop culture history, and maybe even helped write a lyric or two.
