Machine Gun Kelly’s reckless streak is making headlines once again, and this time, it nearly cost him.
The 35-year-old musician, whose real name is Colson Baker, was caught on camera running a red light while speeding on his motorcycle through Los Angeles on Thursday.
The heart-pounding footage shows the artist swerving around a stopped vehicle at a San Fernando Valley intersection before glancing to his right and making a dangerous, illegal left turn directly into oncoming traffic.
Despite the glaring red light, Machine Gun Kelly zoomed through the intersection and narrowly avoided colliding with another car as he sped away.

The “Bloody Valentine” rocker, who shares a two-month-old daughter with ex-fiancée Megan Fox, was seen puffing on a cigarette and chatting with friends just moments before hopping on his bike.
Dressed in flared jeans, Vans sneakers, and a red Lost Americana jacket, a nod to his forthcoming album, Kelly looked disheveled as he prepared to ride off, reportedly heading home to his young family.
But the stunt wasn’t just risky. It was illegal.
According to the California DMV, left turns on red lights are only permitted from one-way streets onto another one-way street, and even then, only if signs allow it. Kelly’s turn violated that rule, as it was onto a two-way street.
The entire incident was caught on video, which was obtained by Daily Mail.
Megan Fox Is ‘Done Trying To Fix’ MGK As Red-Light Drama Sparks Concern

As the dramatic video circulates, it’s shedding light on deeper issues brewing behind the scenes.
Insiders say Megan Fox has become increasingly frustrated with her ex’s behavior and is done trying to change him.
“Colson can say anything he wants, but he isn't going to change the person he is and has become,” a source close to the situation told the Daily Mail. “Megan fell in love with an immature person and sees him as a body of habits that won't change into a person who she can be in love with again.”

Though the "Jennifer’s Body" actress no longer sees a future with MGK romantically, or even platonically, she remains committed to maintaining a co-parenting relationship for the sake of their baby girl.
“Megan doesn’t expect him to change his lifestyle but is willing to allow him to co-parent with her,” the insider added. “She trusts her instincts, that he will at least be there for their daughter.”
As for the possibility of friendship in the future, sources say it’s off the table. “Megan doesn’t see a time where she will be friends with Colson,” the insider claimed. “But she does see herself dealing with him for the benefit of their child.”
Another source, who spoke with Us Weekly, echoed that statement, claiming the two are “absolutely not getting back together at this point in time."
MGK Drops New Single Amid Personal Turmoil

While his motorcycle stunt is making headlines, the Grammy Award winner is also climbing the charts with his latest release, “Cliché.”
The emotionally charged single, which dropped on Friday, May 23, has quickly soared on Spotify and was named the week’s Favorite New Music by fans.
The new track marks another vulnerable turn in Machine Gun Kelly's musical journey. After reinventing himself with his 2020 pop-punk album "Tickets to My Downfall," which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, the 35-year-old artist continues to blend gritty emotion with genre-bending soundscapes.

Although the American Music Awards winner doesn’t name names in the track, listeners were quick to draw connections to his ex, Megan Fox, especially given the raw lyrics that hint at longing and regret. “Tell me, would you stay with me? Baby, we could make this home,” he sings in the chorus.
Later, he pleads, “You should run away with me / Even if you’re better off alone.”
Machine Gun Kelly became a father again in March, just four months after their split, and while he may still be chasing thrills, it’s clear the stakes have never been higher.
