Hugh Jackman's New Girlfriend Reportedly 'Slowly Migrating' Into His Home Amid Actor's Divorce

Sutton Foster is reportedly "migrating" her belongings into Hugh Jackman's home amid the actor's divorce from his estranged wife, Deborra-Lee Furness.

The Wolverine star's relationship with his Broadway co-star has continued to heat up, with reports also claiming that they are now "inseparable."

Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster confirmed their romance in January after much speculation, as they felt like it was the "right time" to come out from under the radar.

Sutton Foster has begun "slowly migrating' her belongings into Hugh Jackman's home in New York as their romance continues to blossom, per New Idea.

The pair were recently spotted carrying moving boxes into the lavish apartment Jackman purchased with his ex-wife in 2022 for $21.12 million.

Later, Sutton was seen leaving Hugh's upscale residence before hopping onto a Citi Bike rather than ordering an Uber.

While the move may come as no surprise, given that the two have been "living together" and are said to be "inseparable," it has reportedly not sat well with Jackman's estranged wife, Deborra-Lee Furness.

"Deb is shattered knowing Sutton is making the penthouse her own - the place she poured her soul into," an insider told the outlet about Jackman's ex, adding that she wants to be "treated fairly" as she navigates life after their split.

"She wants him to be happy, but Hugh's completely green when it comes to dating. She's concerned he's leaping into living with someone else way too soon," the insider added, per the Daily Mail.

Foster's latest move comes amid reports that Furness has officially filed for divorce from Jackman.

According to the Daily Mail, Furness filed for divorce from the actor on May 23 at a court in New York. The filing also revealed that the duo wasn't contesting over any assets, so all that is left is for a judge to approve the agreement they made.

Over $250 million was at stake in the divorce, with a significant portion of the money being the earnings Jackman has generated from his involvement in several action films.

And while earlier reports had claimed that Furness wanted more than what Jackman was willing to offer, sources say that the settlement they finally reached "pleased" the actress.

"There was some back and forth regarding this financial agreement, but in the end, she got what she believed she deserved," an insider told the outlet about the agreement, which includes a" handsome spousal support payment."

"There is not going to be any drama with this gives closure that she needed," they added.

Although Jackman and Furness have been separated since 2023, neither officially filed for divorce until this month.

The two were expected to finalize everything about their separation this January, but those plans were allegedly put aside amid reports that Furness was seeking a larger share of Jackman's wealth.

"Hugh and Deborra-Lee have not yet filed for divorce because they're struggling to reach an agreement on how to divide their assets," a source told Radar Online about the couple.

Concerning why Furness seemingly pushed for more money than she initially requested, a different source linked it to Jackman's relationship with Foster.

"Deb went into this divorce not knowing there was a third party involved," the source said about the situation. "Even though Hugh realizes she may not have been so nice during that first year of negotiations if she'd known Sutton would soon appear on the scene."

For much of late last year, Jackman and Foster were speculated to have begun a relationship, although the exact timeline remains unclear.

The two officially went public with their romance in January this year when they stepped out for a romantic dinner in California and were spotted sharing an intimate kiss.

Speaking at the time, an insider told US Weekly that the couple felt like it was the "right time, as their relationship has gotten stronger."

"They've known each other for so long that it's easy to fall into the next stage of their relationship," they added.

As for what lies ahead, the couple is reportedly in it for the long haul but aren't in any rush to walk down the aisle just yet.

"They're not rushing into marriage but are committed to taking the next steps together," another insider revealed to the publication.

While Jackman and Sutton seem to be in a really good place, reports claim that Furness believes the relationship isn't serious and expects it to fall apart within "just one year."

As for why Furness feels this way, a source alleged that she believes Jackman pursued something with Sutton because he is going through a "mid-life crisis."

"Debs can spot a mid-life crisis from miles away, and she knows Hugh better than anyone," the insider shared, per Radar Online.

The source continued, "He's needy and he will cry on Sutton's shoulder and try to help her solve her problems, but he won't give her space – and that's just the beginning of why it won't work out, in her opinion."
