Billy found a forever love in Alexis after three divorces. They met during a dinner with friends at a restaurant in Huntington, New York, with the singer falling in love at first sight. He reportedly could not stop staring at Alexis and finally approached her table to introduce himself.
Billy had moves in 2009 as he not only left Alexis' table with her number but also convinced her to drive him to his home on Centre Island.
