Kaia Gerber is sparking major concern as new photos show her ultra-slim frame. The model, 23, put on a leggy display in a teeny minidress and thigh-high stockings last weekend, when she attended the premiere of her Amazon Prime Overcompensating series. Flaunting her Amazonian figure in a stylish, all-black outfit, Kaia flew the flag for the little black dress, but users seemed more interested in discussing her weight. Kaia spent much of 2024 sparking weight worries, even seeing fans thinking she has an eating disorder. Earlier this year, bikini-clad photos of her in Mexico sparked the most concern.

Displaying her teeny waist and mile-long legs, the Marc Jacobs fragrance ambassador went oversized in her tailored jacket, rocking a sophisticated lapel finish. Upping the ante with her sheer black stockings, Kaia added some definition from opaque elasticated trim at the tops of her stockings, completing her figure-flaunting ensemble with a pair of black stiletto heels.

Striking poses as she stood backed by Amazon Prime and Overcompensatinglogos, Kaia stunned with her hair worn down and blow-dried. The model also sported an immaculate face of matte makeup, layering on blush and blended bronzer that accentuated her cheekbones. While Kaia opted out of any accessories, she did glam up with a manicure, plus a nude matte lip.

Kaia Gerber welcomed the New Year with beach action in January, stunning in a tiny navy-blue bikini as she hit up Mexico. The images didn't take long to garner comments, though, with the same thought echoed as fans worried for the star's well-being.
