Katy Perry In Braless Swimsuit Dress 'May As Well Not Have Worn Anything'

Katy Perry is catching major hate over her latest fashion choice. Shortly before the weekend, the pop sensation was part of the star-studded crowd attending a River Seine cruise hosted by Jeff Bezos' fiance Lauren Sanchez. The bride-to-be, who is set to wed the billionaire Amazon boss, invited an array of high-profile celebrities for her Paris-held party, one Katy showed up to in a revealing outfit. Going braless in a stringy black dress with a swimsuit-style bodice, the 40-year-old rocked a sheer skirt for a racy finish, but fans only mocked her as they reacted to the photos. The bash also welcomed mogul Kim Kardashian, actress Eva Longoria, and Kim's "momager," Kris Jenner.

Displaying her ultra-slim frame, the "Woman's World" star flaunted her tiny waist and toned arms, also flashing her curves as she went braless in her cut-out, satin bodysuit worn under a long mesh skirt. Photographed by the river as she made her way onto the cruise, Katy teetered around in high heels, carrying a black leather purse and with a white rose detail at the waist adding pops of white.

Seemingly a little caught off guard as the paparazzi caught her, Katy had her eyes closed in one photo, but fan comments weren't about her facial expression. The former American Idol judge also kept glam with a pale face of matte makeup, completing her look with her raven locks worn down and parted down the middle.

Users on The Daily Mail quickly commented on the photos. "Lordy, Katy has clearly lost her mind!" was the top reply, earning over 500 upvotes. Another fan pitted Katy against SKIMS founder Kim, writing: "Katy Perry may as well not have worn anything, she makes Kim look classy."

A further user thought that Katy's outfit was out of place as they said: "Seeing Katy Perry in her swimsuit reminds me of Bridget Jones turning up to the tarts and vicars' garden party." Elsewhere, a fan gained likes for asking: "Can someone be more trashy than Katy Perry?"

Katy doesn't seem to pay attention to fan comments or gossip. She's yet to deny the rampant Ozempic rumors sparked by her weight loss, although she has opened up to reveal that she eats a ton of hard-boiled eggs.
