Bill Belichick's girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, still has her eyes on the prize.
According to a new source, Hudson, whose romantic relationship with former NFL coach Bill Belichick has been the talk of the town, is reportedly considering another run at the Miss Maine USA title after two failed attempts.
Is Bill Belichick's Girlfriend Planning To Compete For Miss Maine USA Again?

While speaking with PEOPLE, a source told the publication that Hudson, who came in third during this year's Miss Maine USA competition, isn't ready to turn in her pageant gown just yet.
"Knowing Jordan, this is something that she really wants. So if it's something that she wants to work towards in the future, she'll do it again, and she'll come back even stronger," the insider said.
Many of Hudson's followers tuned into the competition over the last weekend to see how she'd do, especially considering the 24-year-old placed second a year before. Despite falling in rank this year, the source shared that Hudson will likely use that as motivation for 2026.
"For some girls, a lower placement gets them more excited to come back and to prove themselves," the source said. "What a lot of people say is, 'Different day, different judges, different rankings.' We can do this all over again with five new judges, and it could be a completely different outcome."
Bill Belichick's Girlfriend Was Friendly With One Of The Contestants

After the competition, another Miss Maine USA contestant opened up with PEOPLE about the special bond they formed with Hudson backstage.
Isabelle St. Cyr, the competition's first transgender contestant, revealed that before the contest began, the pair bonded over the negative media scrutiny they had each received.
"We had a conversation backstage, and we were like, 'You know, the media hasn't necessarily been kind to us.' We just kind of talked about how we've dealt with it, how to move forward, how to remain positive, and when to comment and not to comment," St. Cyr said. "I really appreciate her willingness to talk to me about the media coverage."
A Reporter Claimed UNC Barred Bill Belichick's Partner From Their Football Facilities

St. Cyr's comment came days after Hudson was drawn into controversy surrounding Belichick and the UNC football program.
After making headlines for interrupting a CBS journalist during one of Belichick's interviews, reports began surfacing that university officials close to UNC's football program had grown weary of Hudson and reportedly banned her from accessing the team's facilities.
"Don't think you'll be hearing much from [her] moving forward," a source reportedly said.
However, shortly after those claims were made public, a university official told The Athletic that they were untrue and that Hudson was "welcome to the Carolina Football facilities."
Belichick Said Hudson Has Nothing To Do With UNC Football

Several days later, Belichick, 73, opened up to SportsCenter about the criticism his relationship has faced in recent weeks and seemingly shot down the idea that his 24-year-old girlfriend would be an issue for him and his team.
“I mean, that’s really off to the side. It’s a personal relationship and she doesn’t have anything to do with UNC football,” Belichick said.
“I'm excited to be back in the coaches meetings and getting ready for June and then August when we get to training camp. So June will be a big recruiting month for us, and then August we'll start getting ready for the season,” he added.
Later, when host Christine Williamson asked the former NFL coach whether he’d spoken to any of his players about the public discussion, Belichick admitted that he had; however, he emphasized that most of their conversation is focused on the upcoming season and creating a winning culture.
“Again, we want to make the players the best that they can be, provide them the best opportunity on and off the field, and that's what we're about at UNC, and that's what we're gonna do the best for every single player we have.”
UNC Isn't Worried About Belichick

A UNC spokesperson echoed the legendary coach's feelings during an interview with ESPN, saying, "Bill's been great to work with."
"He talked about practicing like a pro, and he runs a professional organization that is teaching students how to be professional in all aspects of their life. He is a very determined, professional individual, and that's the way he carries himself and the way he conducts the program," the official said.
