The actress got candid about her struggles with sticking to her healthy resolutions, but she has decided to pick herself up and get her head back in the game.

Rebel Wilson's health journey comes after she tied the knot with her long-time girlfriend Ramona Agruma at a destination wedding in Italy with their loved ones present.

Wilson openly discussed her health journey, sharing updates about her six-week challenge on Instagram. At 45 years old, she is currently avoiding chocolate and ice cream.

In a recent clip, she admitted to experiencing a minor slip-up over the weekend but emphasized that such setbacks should not deter anyone from their goals. 

"So if you're on this and you do have a slight slip-up, don't worry. The next day, just get back on it and back on it now because I've got three more weeks left of the challenge, and I can do it," the actress declared

She encouraged her followers to bounce back quickly and maintain their commitment, as she has three weeks left in her challenge. To conclude her message on an uplifting note, Wilson prompted her audience to incorporate strength training into their health routines.

Promoting her film "Juliet & Romeo," released May 9, 2025, she emphasized that despite retaining the same acting skills, her weight loss opened new opportunities.

Wilson reflected on being offered the role of Lady Capulet, a character typically viewed as villainous and shared her intention to portray her with more empathy, showcasing her growth as an actress and a new mother.

Her close circle was reportedly concerned that losing weight would jeopardize her successful career as a comedic actress known for playing the "funny fat girl."

In her reflections, Wilson noted that aside from her mother, there was little support for her choice, as many believed it would diminish her opportunities in the roles she was known for.

Three years ago, Wilson joyfully announced the birth of her daughter, Royce, through surrogacy in November 2022, referring to her as a "beautiful miracle." 

The Blast shared that the actress admitted expressing an indescribable love for her baby girl and gratitude towards everyone who made her arrival possible. 

Embracing motherhood, Wilson shared her eagerness to give little Royce all the love she could and acknowledged parenting challenges, giving a nod of respect to all mothers out there. She also thanked her surrogate, calling the experience "the BEST gift."

In addition to her new role as a mother, Wilson and her partner took significant steps in their relationship by celebrating the first part of their wedding in Italy last September. This location held special meaning for the couple, as it marked the place of their first vacation together.
