Gisele Bündchen Comes Out Of Being 'Very Busy Living Life' To Debut New Born On Mother's Day

Gisele Bündchen made a social media return on Mother's Day with a tender surprise, introducing her newborn to the world for the first time.

After keeping a low profile for months, the supermodel had reportedly been prioritizing life at home with her boyfriend Joaquim Valente and their baby, so much so that they skipped this year's MET Gala.

Gisele Bündchen and Joaquim Valente, first linked in June 2023 following her divorce from Tom Brady, welcomed their baby in February 2025.

The star shared a series of personal photos, including her snuggling up next to her infant, dressed in a onesie that read "I [love emoji] Mom."

The baby's name has not been made public, and the face was hidden behind a heart emoji in another shot featuring a group hug with Bündchen, her boyfriend, and her two older kids, Benjamin and Vivian, whom she shares with Brady.

The post also included a touching image of Bündchen embracing her late mother, Vânia Nonnenmacher, who passed away in January 2024 at age 75.

"I've been quiet over here but very busy living life..Sometimes, the most beautiful moments aren't shared — they're simply lived," she wrote in the caption. She concluded the message by honoring her mom and sending love to other parents, writing:

"Today, on Mother's Day, I specially miss my mom, but my heart is full. Being a mother it's been my greatest gift, a journey that humbles me, teaches me, and fills me with gratitude every single day. To all the mothers out there, your love shapes the world in ways words can't describe. I see you, I honor you. Happy mother's day! Sending so much love your way!"

Bündchen's post racked up over a million likes and thousands of supportive comments. One user summed it up with, "Congratulations you beautiful soul," while another added, "Always an inspiration, happy mother's day." 

Some fans were happy just to see her again. "Finally the beauty is back," wrote one, while another chimed in, "Showing everyone that there's life outside of the internet." 

Many shared admiration and affection, calling her "the best woman ever" and "wonderful." Others sent well wishes, noting her recent loss, "I'm sure you're missing your mom but she is smiling down on you and your beautiful family! Have a beautiful Mother's Day!"

The Blast reported that rather than make a red carpet appearance, they prioritized bonding with their newborn in a more relaxed setting. The supermodel was last seen at the 2023 Met Gala. 

This marked baby number three for Bündchen, who shares two children with ex-husband Tom Brady. Rather than returning to the public eye too quickly, Bündchen and Valente reportedly embraced slower days and low-key walks around their neighborhood. 

The new parents took a more personal approach to their growing family, choosing a home birth for their first child together. However, reports note that it remains unclear if they followed through with that plan.

Meanwhile, a source had revealed that Bündchen was happier than ever in her relationship with Valente, eagerly anticipating the birth of their child. The insider emphatically stated, "Gisele's doing great." 

Bündchen's ex-husband was reportedly caught off guard when news of her pregnancy first surfaced. While he knew things were serious between Bündchen and Valente, he never imagined they would start a family together.

According to reports, Bündchen made sure to personally tell Brady the news after breaking it to their children, wanting him to hear it directly from her.
