The custody drama between Kanye 'Ye' West and Kim Kardashian has skyrocketed with the rapper's cease and desist letter.

Ye has repeatedly fired scathing accusations against the mother of his four children, including sex trafficking claims and exploitation. He recently doubled down on "The Kardashians" star using their kids for profit in a new legal letter.

Kanye' Ye' West and Kim Kardashian were married for seven years until the reality TV star pulled the plug on their union in 2021. Their divorce was finalized in 2022, featuring a joint custody arrangement for their children: North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm West.

Ye's latest issues with Kim were revealed in a scathing cease and desist letter sent to his ex-wife's attorney, Laura Wasser. In the legal note, the rapper's rep, Kathy Johnson, claimed they were willing to go to court over the reality TV star's conduct as a mother.

The Yeezy founder stressed that he was concerned about the welfare of his four minor children and Kim's violations of their divorce agreement. He argued that his former lover interfered with his joint custody rights and undermined the safety of their children, especially the oldest, North.

First, he accused Kim of leaving North unattended in a vehicle at the annual Met Gala event in NYC. Not only did she take the 11-year-old out without considering her safety, Ye argued that Kim willfully ignored his demands not to share "images and videos" of North on TikTok, per TMZ.

The 'Carnival' Rapper Claims He Is Being Restricted From Seeing His Kids

Ye's accusations continued with claims of visitation restrictions. He accused Kim of denying him "meaningful access" to his children, which violates their joint custody agreement. The legal letter alleged he had not seen his son Saint throughout this year.

The rapper added that he had "unreasonably restricted" interactions with his other children, North, Chicago, and Psalm. For his third argument about Kim's alleged violations, Ye doubled down on accusing the TV personality of exploiting their kids, especially North.

Ye's threatening letter to Kim had a few hiccups, as sources close to the reality TV star stress that she has never stopped him from seeing their kids. Surprisingly, the rapper was the one who rarely asked to spend time with their children this year, despite his claims.

Additionally, his arguments about not seeing his son Saint this year have also been debunked, as the paparazzi captured the father of four spending quality time with his three youngest children in January. Ye was photographed in Japan with Saint, Chicago, and Psalm, as they left a grocery shop.

Ye had a social media meltdown two months after this outing and vehemently dragged Kim online. He accused his ex-wife and her famous Kar-Jenner family of "sex trafficking" his children.

The entertainer was particularly upset because North participated in an FKA Twigs song and a TikTok video, as reported by The Blast.

Ye took offence at North's participation in FKA Twigs' song not only because it happened without his knowledge but also for Kim's reaction to a similar incident. His ex-wife put her foot down when he used their daughter's voice in a track featuring controversial rapper Diddy.

Sources noted the doting mom was "disgusted" that her ex would put their daughter's vocals on the same song with an alleged sex offender. Ye retaliated by posting screenshots of his alleged text exchange with Kim.

In their conversation, Kim used North's trademarked voice to force Ye into deleting the controversial Diddy song. The rapper claimed he never agreed to trademark their daughter's name and threatened to go "to war" with his ex over the rights to their daughter's name.

Kanye West Has A Meltdown On Stream Over His Kids

The custody drama continued in April with Ye having a meltdown during a live stream as shared by The Blast. A video capturing his emotional response to Kim's alleged visitation restrictions was shared on Instagram, capturing the rapper in an all-black ensemble, including a black face mask.

"[DJ] Akademiks put that battery in my back, bro. 'Cause I was in the airport by myself … I'mma go get these kids, man!" Ye yelled at the camera. "F-ck all these f--got n--gas. I'mma go get these kids, bro."

"I'm talking to the lawyers — it gets to the point where I don't lose my f--kin' mind where I got to get used to not seeing my kids," the rapper's rant continued. His meltdown came at the heels of reports claiming Ye's children and his ex-wife were concerned about his declining mental health.
