New evidence has surfaced that appears to support explosive claims made by former porn star Jonathan Oddi, who once alleged he was held as a "sex slave" by music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs.
The evidence centers around a reported non-disclosure agreement allegedly signed by both Oddi and Diddy, with the adult performer said to have received a $5 million payout for his silence.
Oddi first made the shocking allegation against Sean "Diddy" Combs in 2018 following his arrest for opening fire at a Florida resort owned by President Donald Trump.
Diddy's Accuser's Ex-Wife Confirmed Existence Of An NDA

On Wednesday, an NDA allegedly signed by Jonathan Oddi and Sean "Diddy" Combs resurfaced, shedding new light on the 2018 accusations that Oddi was once the rapper's "sex slave."
Oddi was first linked to Diddy after being arrested for opening fire at the Trump National Doral Golf Club.
During his police interview, he claimed to have had sexual relations with the rapper and his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura.
"Basically, he would m-sturbate and tell me what to do to Cassie. I was like a sex slave. For them, that's what I was," Oddi said at the time, per the Daily Mail.
He also claimed he signed the NDA in exchange for $5 million, alleging that Diddy was "scared" he would "expose" him.
Now, Oddi's former wife, Tonia Troutwine, has come forward to confirm the existence of the NDA, which an image of it indeed appears to show Diddy's signature.
She also verified that the contract was signed in 2014, coinciding with the period when their marriage came to an end.
"I almost feel like he divorced me because he came to all this money, and so I wouldn't claim it," she added.
The Former Adult Film Star Reportedly Met Diddy Through Work

Regarding how Oddi met Diddy, his wife claimed that it happened through his work as an adult star who also stripped at parties.
Troutwine then reflected on how her then husband was sucked into the partying lifestyle with Diddy and Ventura.
"Diddy just has those radiating personalities and I can tell that he really enjoyed the attention, you know. He likes to be the king," she remarked. "Johnny would've played perfectly into that."
She added, "I can see where they might've started off a friendship because Johnny would've made him feel like a king."
Troutwine also claimed she only learned about the document after their divorce, as Odidi had rushed the separation at the time.
"He kept on insisting that we sign the divorce paperwork, which I thought was very odd, how he wanted to get things going so quickly," she said.
Diddy Is Currently Facing Sex Crimes Charges

Despite Odidi's past claims and the resurfacing of the alleged NDA, it's unlikely that this information will be used in Diddy's upcoming sex crimes trial.
What is confirmed, however, is that his ex-girlfriend Cassie will testify, as she is listed as one of the victims in the indictment following his arrest last September.
Diddy is facing charges of racketeering conspiracy, two counts of sex trafficking, and two counts of transportation for the purpose of prostitution.
The rapper is also alleged to have had numerous "freak offs," described as sex and drug-filled parties where he forced his victims to have sex with male prostitutes.
He was said to have filmed his victims engaging in the act and stored the footage for himself. When it was over, he would inject them with IV fluids to recover from the exertion of the orgies which often lasted for days.
Jury Selection Expected To Be Finalized This Week

The trial of the rapper is currently underway, with members of the jury expected to be selected this week.
If a final selection is made, lawyers for Diddy and the federal prosecutors will likely deliver their opening statements on Monday, May 12.
The trial could take up to eight weeks, and won't be televised or livestreamed. However, members of the public will have access to the courtroom.
Should Diddy be found guilty of racketeering, he could spend the rest of his life in prison.
Meanwhile, a conviction for sex trafficking would also bring a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years, while transporting individuals for prostitution could come with an additional up to 10 years sentence.
Video Of Diddy Assaulting Cassie Will Be Shown In Court

Diddy's request for Judge Arun Subramanian to exclude the video evidence where he was seen beating his ex-girlfriend, Cassie, was also rejected.
The "Finna Get Loose" rapper raised eyebrows back in May 2024 when CNN released a video in which he can be seen chasing Cassie down a Los Angeles hotel hallway and then physically assaulting her.
At the time, Diddy released an apology post on Instagram saying that he took "full responsibility." In recent months, his lawyers have claimed that the tape was "edited" and "manipulated," arguing that it shouldn't be brought up in court.
They mentioned in court filings that the CNN footage is "wholly inaccurate, having been altered, manipulated, sped-up, and edited to be out of sequence."
However, according to reports, Judge Subramanian has now ruled that the jury will get to see the damning video, explaining that it was admissible in court because prosecutors planned to provide two witnesses who will say it accurately depicts what transpired.
