David Hasselhoff seems to be in a health crisis of some sort as he needed help to move in and around the airport, months after losing his ex-wife, Pamela Bach, to suicide.
The actor and singer was pushed in a wheelchair but seemingly dispelled worries as he told onlookers he was due for knee surgery "next week."
However, sources close to David Hasselhoff have shared that his health has been "declining for some time now" as a result of his past lifestyle and alcohol use.
David Hasselhoff Sparks Health Concerns After Being Seen In A Wheelchair At An Airport

Hasselhoff sparked health crisis concerns after he was seen being wheeled along by airport attendants in both Cancun, Mexico, and upon his return to Los Angeles.
According to the Daily Mail, the "Baywatch" alum, who sported a striped button-down and dark baseball hat, looked relaxed and in good spirits while leaning heavily on his wife Hayley Roberts as he exited the airport.
Insiders think his health scare has an explanation, as they suggested that his past hard-partying lifestyle is catching up with him.
"David is living on borrowed time and has lived hard," a source told the news outlet. "He had a life that people could only dream of, but he also spent decades self-medicating through alcohol and other substances, which he does regret."
The source added that Hasselhoff's health "has been declining for some time now" as a result of "decades of alcoholism."

The Actor Brushed Off Health Concerns, Claims He Is Due For A Knee Surgery

Hasselhoff seemingly tried to brush off concerns about the state of his health as he told paparazzi with a smiling face that he's scheduled for knee surgery "next week."
"He is in his 70s and has had several major operations, including having a defibrillator fitted to prevent a heart attack," the source noted. "He is sober now but knows that every surgery could be the last."
It comes months after he was seen looking gaunt following the tragic death of his ex-wife, Pamela Bach.
Bach took her life in her Hollywood Hills home on March 5, with paramedics confirming she died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
According to the Daily Mail, "The Hoff" said through a spokesperson that his family was "deeply saddened" by her passing, but noticeably missed out on her funeral.
David Hasselhoff's Alcohol Use Destroyed His Marriage To Pamela Bach

In a 2008 interview with the Daily Mail, Bach opened up on their marriage, admitting that Hasselhoff had "a drinking problem," but that she'd protected him and their children.
She also explained that she couldn't care for him after a motorcycle injury in 2003 left her with lifelong pain.
The exes were married for 17 years, from 1989 to 2006, before being involved in a nasty divorce battle. They share two kids together: Hayley and Taylor.
"Everybody thought he was the golden star in swimming trunks on the beach with Pamela Anderson, but the drink was taking over his life. To me, he was the man who fell over on the bedroom floor," Bach said at the time.
"He has a disease, just like cancer. And just like cancer, it ate away at our family from the inside," she added.
The Actor's Late Wife Had 'Money Issues'

Hasselhoff and Bach's former nanny, Andrea Canning, opened up about the late actress's lifestyle, saying she "struggled" with health and "money issues" prior to her death by suicide.
"The last time I saw her, she was walking with a cane. She wasn't the Pamela I knew," Canning told People Magazine in an interview.
"She was just having difficulty getting around. It took a toll on her, that accident," she continued, referring to the 2003 motorcycle crash that the former couple were involved in.
Canning, who first met Bach as an intern on "Baywatch," also shared that the actress's finances were a topic of "concern" for her.
"There were times where she's like, 'I'm going to be homeless. I've got to get out of this house,' which never happened. She would say it was going to happen, and then it didn't," Canning said, noting that "money issues" were a regular discussion for the two.
"And I don't know how she ended up staying there. I don't know how she kept her bills paid, because she was always saying that, 'What am I going to do?'" she added.
David Hasselhoff Skipped Pamela Bach's Funeral Service

According to reports, the former Hollywood heartthrob skipped his late ex-wife's funeral service. Sources at the time told TMZ that eyewitnesses did not see Hasselhoff at the service, which was held at the Bel Air Presbyterian Church.
At the church, a large screen showed throwback images of Pamela Bach, many of which featured Hasselhoff from happier times.
Meanwhile, despite Bach's "troubles," her former nanny, Canning, told the Daily Mail that Bach "also had a really positive outlook on life as well."
"It's funny — the longer I got to know her, the nicer she became," she noted. "It was like every year that went by, she just got kinder and kinder. I don't know what changed, I don't know."
