The social media sensation teamed up with online coach Lucas Dasilva for a video that definitely got her three million Instagram followers talking. In the video, Jen stands on his back in a blue crop top and matching leggings while Lucas did push-ups in the sand. Fans who watch the video all the way through see him struggle through one-armed push-ups as he folds his left arm behind his back.

“Research shows that if you are a Man, you should be able to do at least 15 pushups,” Jen wrote in the caption. “Send this to a partner and say this is the new goal.”

“Wait….. Is it leg day? Or chest day?” one fan asked. “In this case, you know we are doing a full body day,” Lucas replied. “Both baby,” Jen chimed in.

Jen Gets Candid About Photographing Her Bikini Body

Jen knows that when she posts a photo of herself in a bikini, she is going to get feedback, whether she wants it or not. While promoting the fast fashion brand Fashion Nova and their Summers in Tulum Mesh 3-piece sunsuit set, she opened up about body positivity, beginning her caption with “Let’s normalize loving our natural bodies.”

She explained that whenever she posts a bikini photo from the front, she inevitably gets a handful of comments from critics who tell her, “You should get a boob job.” However, she was quick to explain that the comments stopped bothering her.

“I was born with small boobs and I’ve learned to love them,” she explained. “If I ever wanted to change that, I would’ve done it a long time ago.”

Jen Selter Prefers Her 'Natural' Body

She went on to say, “We all have different bodies, and that’s what makes us beautiful. I’ve always preferred staying natural, and no hate to anyone who chooses differently!”

However, that doesn’t mean that she hasn’t had any work done. She admitted that she did have a nose job a few years ago due to a deviated septum, although that didn’t fix the issue. As she told her followers, “it’s still crooked and I can barely breathe out of one nostril lol. But that’s the only surgery I’ve had.”

Jen Says That Confidence Isn't About Being 'Perfect'

"Posting online opens the door to all kinds of opinions. And in the beginning, yeah, some negative comments hurt," Jen admitted. "But eventually, you realize that the same comments lose their power. They don’t define you unless you let them."

"Confidence isn’t about being 'perfect.' It’s about showing up as you are flaws, quirks, small boobs and all," she continued. "I might not have big boobs, but I’ve got a big heart. And that’s what I hope people remember most."

Fans Love Jen Selter's Words Of Wisdom

In another Fashion Nova ad, Jen gave her fans more words of wisdom and reminded her followers that comparison is often the thief of joy. “Don’t compare your timeline to anyone else’s,” she wrote. “We’re all out here living different stories, learning different lessons, no matter how old we are.”

“What’s meant for you is already making its way to you, even if you can’t see it yet. Just keep showing up, keep working hard, and keep being a good person,” she continued. “Good things take time, but the best things take patience. We’re all running our own race at a different pace, and that’s the beauty of life.”
