Dua Lipa In See-Through Skirt Asked Why She 'Bothered Wearing Clothes'

Dua Lipa has been shamed for her latest outfit as she steps out in a sheer skirt. The singer, 29 turned heads in a see-through look last weekend, when she headed out for a bite to eat with fiance Callum Turner. Upping her style game for her dinner date in NYC, Dua sizzled in a tight bodysuit and sheer skirt, plus an open coat, looking very avant-garde in heels as she was spotted in the Big Apple. While some fans loved her look, others shamed her for showing some skin, with one user even asking why she "bothered wearing clothes."

Rocking a skirt that fell below the knee, the "New Rules" hitmaker added an open wool coat in a grayish shade of black, plus slingback heels with a racy stiletto finish. Mixing daywear with an eveningwear finish, the Versace ambassador also carried a bright red purse, completing her look with shades and her hair tied back.

Wearing a pendant necklace as she was photographed in the sunshine, Dua sported warming makeup with blush over foundation, accentuating her high cheekbones and with a light lip stain flaunting her full pout. The pop star also opted for a brand choice recently donned by fellow singer Miley Cyrus, choosing designer Alaïa for her purse. Dua Lipa has been busy promoting her Radical Optimism tour, and this photo added to the pile of promotional snaps. Crouching down in a plunging dress and black fishnet stockings earlier this year, she wrote:

Dua Lipa turned heads for her dress alone in this photo, although her post was aimed at celebrating her long-term partnership with designer Versace. She even flashed her G-string in her backless dress while posing with fashion designer Donatella Versace.
