One thing that fans of the hit Hulu reality show, "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" love is MomTok drama. While everyone anxiously waits for season 2 to premiere on May 15, there's been no lack of drama and tea spilling to enjoy online.

Recent posts on Instagram and TikTok have the MomTok and DadTok crews in the comment sections talking amongst themselves and inadvertently getting fans hype for the new season.

When "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" debuted on Hulu back in September 2024, fans were immediately obsessed and wanting more. Many people couldn't help but to binge the entire first season and then go back and rewatch it because it's so addicting and intriguing. But that left viewers wondering if Hulu would pick up a second season, and they didn't have to wait long to find out that season 2 was already planned.

The trailer for season 2 was recently released on social media and it's getting fans ready for way more drama than the first season delivered.

Taylor Frankie Paul, the leader of MomTok, shared the trailer on her Instagram page, captioning it, "The drama is only getting started. We’re back May 15th on @hulu."

What's In Store For Fans During The Second Season Of MomTok's Drama?

The trailer is really just a big tease for fans. Some of the clips shown include Jen Affleck back at Chippendales in Las Vegas, Dakota Mortensen and Paul crying, a fight with a visit from police, and scenes of the MomTok crew crossing over to "Vanderpump Villa" for a fiery episode.

Lots of yelling, tears, and laughter seem to be waiting for fans when season 2 drops on Hulu on May 15.

It didn't take long for fans to drop into the comments of Paul's trailer post to discuss the new season.

"Is the Mormon religion in the room with us?" one person jokingly posted. Another added, "WILL MOMTOK SURVIVE!! And is this season sponsored by Swig!!" One other said, "Counting down the days."

'MomTok Comment Sections Are My Favorite'

One thing's for sure, the comment sections of any "Mormon Wives" posts lead fans to more drama, confusion, and anticipation over what's coming in season 2.

TikTok content creator, Stephanie Tleiji, who goes by @stephwithdadeets on the app, recently shared a video about the comment sections that are entertaining fans while they await new episodes.

"From now until May 15, I'll be living in the MomTok comment section, because it is just a great place for tea," she said in her video. "So let's talk about the most recent posts and comments."

Tleiji then discussed a few recent posts and what's been happening in the comment sections with the MomTok crew.

Taylor Frankie Paul Has Everyone Confused On IG, Including 'Mormon Wives' Co-Stars

After attending Stagecoach, Paul shared a carousel of photos on Instagram that has everyone scratching their heads about just what's going on with her and her ex, Mortensen, who also posted photos of him with Paul at Stagecoach.

Tleiji discussed this post in her video. She pointed out some of the comments from other cast members and how everyone seems confused as to what's happening with the ex-couple.

"The comment I love most is from Jacob Neeley, who is Mayci's husband. He goes, 'Don't tell my wife but I'm Team Dakota after Stagecoach,'" she shared. "Seems like Stagecoach hit the fast forward button for Taylor and Dakota, because Aspen [Taylor's sister] said, 'Did I miss seven chapters this week or something?'"

It appears that many "Mormon Wives" fans are living for the comment sections of their posts while waiting for new episodes to drop.

"OBSESSED with their comment sections," one fan wrote. Another said, "Coming here for the MomTok tea! Cannot wait for May 15th!!!"

Paul even dropped into the comment section to say, "Everyone is confused, is it fair to say I’m also confused. Mind and heart aren’t aligning."

Season 1 of "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" can be streamed on Hulu, and now is a great time to catch up or rewatch because season 2 will be released on May 15!
