JoJo Siwa Dubs Herself A ‘Femininomenon’

On March 8, and in the days that followed, Siwa showed off a few different photos on her Instagram page that featured her in various suggestive poses. In some photos, she took off a white blouse and tied it around her waist as she posed with her back to the camera.

In other photos, she wore nothing underneath a shaggy white fur coat, pairing it with lacy black leggings and black boots as she pretended to smoke. Fans weren’t happy to see her promoting smoking to her impressionable younger fans, but they did seem to enjoy her sultry snaps overall.

“A Femininomenon. Today is a good day to be a little extra PROUD of all women everywhere,” she wrote in the caption of one of her posts. “Today is a good day to be a little extra PROUD of all women everywhere. Happy International Women’s Day.”

JoJo Is Setting The Record Straight On Her Sexuality

Things got a little complicated with Siwa’s relationship status after she appeared on “Celebrity Big Brother UK” and seemingly left her girlfriend for a guy she met on the show. The move seemingly upset and confused fans, who were unsure of what this meant for her sexuality.

“That was one of those conversations actually that I was having that I was like, ‘This will never see the light of day,’” Siwa shared with Us Weekly for their digital cover story. “I don’t mind that it did, because I actually think it starts a very beautiful conversation of queer. I think queer joy is so special and so magical.”

“I’ve always told myself I’m a lesbian, but I think being here, I’ve realized, ‘Oh no, I’m not a lesbian, I’m queer,’” she said at the time. “I think that’s really cool. I’m switching letters.”

JoJo Siwa Says That Sexuality Is A ‘Spectrum’

Even though she praised the LGBTQIA+ community is “so inclusive and accepting,” she now feels that some people can also turn it into something negative.

“Sexuality is a spectrum and sexuality is so, so fluid,” she explained. “People saying that my sexuality has been fake is actually crazy and a discredit to my life that I’ve had since I fell in love with my first girl.”

The former “Dance Moms” reality star said that her conversations with Danny Beard on “Celebrity Big Brother UK” made her realize that she doesn’t “want to be in a box anymore.”

JoJo Siwa Gets Candid About Her Identity

“Queer is a beautiful umbrella term for the LGBTQIA community,” Siwa explained. “I think that for me to be a woman and say I have a non-binary partner, but then also say I’m a lesbian is crazy.”

She went on to say, “I just realized within myself that the way my eyes are to the world, I think I’m just queer. It has nothing to do with anything besides that. It’s nothing to be ashamed of. The world is going crazy with that one though. It flabbergasts me.”

Since leaving the show, she has confirmed that she has broken up with her girlfriend, Kath Ebbs, but insists that it had nothing to do with her close friendship with Chris Hughes.

JoJo Won’t Say If She’ll Date A Man Next

When it comes to dating men or women in the future, Siwa revealed that she wants to keep the door open to love in whatever form that takes.

“Welcome to being 21. Welcome to being queer,” she explained. “I’ve changed a lot since I was 14 in the last seven years. I’m sure I’m going to change a lot until I’m 28. I have been in beautiful relationships with women, who I love and adore very much.”

She added, “I’ve been in a beautiful relationship with somebody who’s non-binary. I’ve been in a beautiful relationship with men, throwback to my original days.”

She also praised her fans who have supported her journey, saying, “I see those people and I literally take a sigh of relief and I’m like, “Thank you.’”

She went on to say, “Because I think that some people are looking a little too deep into things. It’s fine. They’re gonna do what they do. And so that’s kind of why I let them.”
