Move over, Hype House, there's a new alpha in town, and he’s got four legs, $500 million, and a Dior dog bed.

Gunther VII, the world’s richest dog and heir to the Gunther fortune (yes, that Gunther from Netflix’s "Gunther’s Millions"), is officially sinking his paws into the influencer world.

On April 30, the iconic German Shepherd launched House of Gunther, the first-ever dog-funded content house, and it’s already got everyone barking.

Set in Los Angeles, the luxury mansion is home to seven viral Gen Z creators with a combined audience of over 60 million followers across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, all curated to help Gunther make his mark in the digital age.

"We are thrilled to launch the House of Gunther as a place where creativity, collaboration, and Gunther's unique brand will come to life in an exciting and new way," Maurizio Mian, CEO of the Gunther Corporation, told The Blast. “Gunther’s story is still unwritten, and he’s ready to make his mark just like the legendary German Shepherd pups who came before him.”

But what’s it really like to be invited to move in with a millionaire mutt?

"Honestly? I thought it was a prank at first,” influencer Michelle Kennelly (12M followers) told The Blast exclusively. “A billionaire dog with a Netflix documentary, his own estate, and 27 employees? It sounded like something out of a satire series. But once I realized it was all legit, I knew I had to be part of it. Who wouldn’t want to live with a four-legged legend?"

Star Abelar echoed the surreal vibe, “It sounded too good to be true… and then I saw the documentary! I was nervous, shocked, but also so excited. It felt like a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.”

And for Dillon Ensor? He told The Blast, “It just sounded like something taken out of a fairy-tale book. Now I’m living with Gunther. It’s truly full-circle and so special for me.”

Besides lavish decor and viral-ready backdrops, Gunther enjoys the perks of his generational wealth, including a $4,000 Dior dog bed, a private chef, and a full staff to keep his mansion pristine. And yet, there’s substance behind the style.

The creators will be filming content that explores wealth, happiness, social behavior, music, and the ongoing “search for joy” experiment spearheaded by Mian.

“This isn’t just another influencer house. There’s a deeper meaning to all of it wrapped in luxury and legacy,” Michelle said. “Gunther isn’t just a mascot; he’s the CEO. It’s part reality, part fantasy, and somehow all real. That mix? Totally unmatched.”

“I think people will expect anything now,” Star shared. “The richest puppy in the world having his own content house is the most unique house I’ve ever heard of.”

Michelle said, “House of Gunther is showing that content can be luxe, clever, and self-aware at the same time. Let’s be real… once a German Shepherd with a private chef and a mansion enters the influencer game, the bar has officially been raised!”

But Dillon may have put it best, telling The Blast, “Gunther isn’t just a $500M dog living with influencers, but a symbol of unity and representation of strength and unbounding loyalty. I find working as a loving community for a reason bigger than oneself is where true companionship aligns.”

And if Gunther could talk? Mian thinks he'd say, "They bring the creativity, I bring the legacy. Together, we're building an empire one viral moment at a time. And yes, I do expect walk breaks between content shoots…"

When asked, "What is House of Gunther really about?" in three words, Mian didn’t hesitate to say, “Wealth. Influence. Virality.”
