In an emotional post shared on Saturday, Justin Bieber mourned the death of his maternal grandfather, Bruce Dale.
"Papa, I always took all ur money lol. I remember u specifically telling me, gramma gave u an allowance of 20 dollars for the WEEK! I would always convince you to spend on snacks at the hockey game on Friday nights. Reluctantly, you always gave it to me. Corn nuts, skittles, gum balls, chuck a puck, slush puppies," the singer remarked, adding a throwback photo of them.
Adding to his tribute, Bieber wrote he can't wait to see him "soon", adding that he will "miss" him and "all of the wonderful times" they have had together.

Prior to Dale's death, he was a staunch supporter of Bieber's career and even featured in the singer's 2011 documentary film, "Never Say Never."
The late 80-year-old also spoke lovingly about the singer while attending Bieber's exhibit opening at Stratford Museum in 2018.
According to reports, Bieber's grandfather "passed away peacefully" at the Rotary Hospice Stratford Perth on Thursday.
For now, there are no details about burial arrangements, as the family is still keeping it under wraps.
He is survived by Bieber and the singer's family, wife Hailey, and son Jack-Blues, as well as his other children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and his own wife, Diane.
Fans Sympathize With The Singer Over His Loss

Bieber was flooded with messages from his fans after he shared the news of his grandfather's passing.
One person wrote, "Sending every drop of love I have, man. And praying for all Love to find you and strengthen you every step and moment of the way."
Another said, "Love and blessings to you and all the family. Great dads are worth their weight in gold… and their legacies never die."
A third person noted, "May he rest in peace. My condolences to you and your family. Sending you all so much love."
Another individual said a prayer for the singer, writing, "God, I need you to keep my brother's head up and held high at these moments, I know u will in Jesus' name #amen."
Justin Bieber Recently Hit Out At His Bullies

Bieber's emotional post about his grandfather comes days after he took to Instagram to blast his bullies.
"Everyone is telling me to move from LA.. U think I'm gonna get bullied to leave where my influence is most needed?" the pop star wrote.
The singer then talked about being once "caught up in the transactional nature of Hollywood," but now wants nothing to do with that due to his family.
"I just want to be submerged in the culture, learning from any and everyone," he added. "And be a proponent and advocate for LOVE AND EQUALITY."
The Singer Is Tired Of His Actions Being 'Weaponized' Against Him

Bieber recently came under fire when a viral social media clip showed him smoking what appears to be weed in the presence of his younger brother Jaxon.
However, a source addressed the incident, telling People Magazine that Bieber is "tired" of people "weaponizing" his actions into "something bad."
"Yes, he smokes weed like everyone else. But everything he does is being weaponized against him," the insider told the news outlet, explaining the pop star was "having fun" and "vibing."
"It's not like his son, Jack, is at these events. And his brother's a teenager," the source continued. "Justin's dad came into town to bring [Jaxon] to Coachella after he saw how much fun Justin and Hailey had the first weekend."
"Look on his socials, he had an amazing time," the insider added. "They're just tired of people turning everything into something bad."
