Megan Thee Stallion Responds To Slim Thug's Claim She Crushed On Him During Coachella

Houston rapper Megan Thee Stallion has finally responded to Slim Thug's suggestive Instagram Live about her following her impressive Coachella set on April 13, 2025.

During the second weekend of performances, Megan Thee Stallion fired back at Slim Thug, who, in an earlier video, implied the singer wanted to have intercourse with him because she danced to two of his songs during the iconic music festival.

After videos of Megan The Stallion's Coachella set went viral online, Slim Thug, who is also from Houston, Texas, responded to the clips of her dancing to some of his most popular songs.

"Did y'all see the stallion dancing to "Thug From Around the Way" and "Still Tippin"? If that ain't a 'Hey, I want you daddy' call, I don't know what is," he said.

He went on to say that Megan chose to dance to his music because she may have feelings for him.

"So, I'm just waiting on my day. I'm just waiting for her to come to Houston to hit my line, 'Hey, I'm in the town; pick me up.' It's only a matter of time at this point... I know she got a crush on me by this point. She just danced to two of my songs? I say I'm in there. I think I'm in there; what y'all think?" he added.

But that wasn't all he had to say.

"I probably can't keep her, I ain't gon' like, she a lot of energy," Slim Thug continued. "I can tell from the twerking. I ain't gone let her kill me. I can't pop a Viagra every day, g-dd-mn, but we can have a good time."

Once Megan heard Slim's words, she addressed him directly during the second weekend of her set on April 20.

Before dancing again to Slim's music, the 30-year-old told the "Like A Boss" rapper that she was simply paying respect to another Houston legend.

"And no, Slim Thug, this don’t mean I want you. I just like your music, babe,” she said into the microphone.

Following Slim Thug's video going viral, social media users shared their feelings about the rapper's remarks and blasted him for displaying unsettling behavior.

"Hello, police?" someone wrote. "I'd like to report a crime."

"I can't believe Slim is a cornball," another posted. "Growing up, we never saw this coming."

A third user clearly agreed and slammed Slim Thug, 44, for giving "'Where my hug at?' energy."

Netizens also reacted to Megan's statements and praised the Grammy-winning artist for setting clear boundaries.

"Sometimes you gotta let 'em know in front of thousands of strangers because he keep talkin' [through] his beard," someone wrote.

Other users admitted they were hopeful Megan's comments would prompt Slim to leave her alone.

"I'm so glad she addressed that. Maybe he'll stop it now," a person posted, while another said it was "sad" she had to "openly say that because [Slim Thug is] slow and thirsty."

In November 2024, Slim Thug made headlines again when he defended Megan Thee Stallion against her critics following the revelation that she slept with Tory Lanez "once or twice" in the past.

She opened up about her relationship with Lanez during her documentary, "Megan Thee Stallion: In Her Words," and admitted that when she told Gayle King in 2022 that she and Lanez hadn't been intimate, she wasn't being entirely truthful.

“Yes, b-tch, I lied to Gayle King, b-tch. First of all, I ain’t even know that b-tch was even going to ask me about that," she said on camera. "Even if I was, I f-cked that n-gga like once, maybe twice on a drunk night. But you kept catchin’ me out my f-ckin’ mind.”

Slim Thug defended the rapper in an Instagram video, in which he told Megan's detractors to stop being "weird."

“All you lames out there, you men hating on a woman, you n-ggas is weird and deserve to be slapped. Who the f-ck wanna tell who they slept with?” he began.

“Nobody wanna say that. I wouldn’t have said no sh-t on national TV anyway. Who the f-ck wanna say who they slept with on ABC News? Shut the f-ck up! Y’all so stupid! Y’all so slow, man. You gonna ask somebody who they slept with on ABC? What are we doing?” he added.

Slim Thug finished by criticizing King for asking such a personal question in the first place.

He said, "That’s the dumbest sh-t for her to even ask her that anyway.”
