Offset is now seeking to have a six-figure judgment against him overturned, arguing that he was unaware of the lawsuit filed by Leamsy Izquierdo and Humberto Crespo. According to court documents, Offset claims he was not correctly served with the legal papers.

The lawsuit, filed in October 2021, accused him of assaulting the two men at BT's On The River, a strip club in Florida. As a result of the case, Offset was ordered to pay a total of $232,000, which includes $123,000 to Leamsy and $109,000 to Humberto.

In his recent motion to trash the case, Offset dismissed the plaintiffs' assertion that he was served at a crowded nightclub. He noted that the loud music and throngs of fans made it impossible for him or anyone on his behalf to have received the documents.

Footage from the altercation showed Offset seemingly throwing punches into the crowd. Later, in October 2021, Offset was sued by Izquierdo and Crespo, both of whom claimed they were injured during the altercation.

In the legal case, Izquierdo and Crespo claimed to have experienced emotional distress due to actions taken by Offset at the strip club. They filed the lawsuit seeking unspecified damages.

However, the club, which was mentioned as a defendant in the lawsuit, firmly denied any wrongdoing on its part.

The strip club's management contended that the alleged victims contributed to the incident and their subsequent injuries by engaging in behavior such as spraying champagne inside the club.

Ultimately, all claims against the club were voluntarily dismissed months later, but by August 2024, the alleged victims received default judgments in their favor.

When the rapper is not battling court cases, he is getting intense with his estranged wife on social media, especially since she filed for divorce.

The former couple's December clash was no exception. The feud erupted when Offset suggested that his ex was distorting the narrative of their breakup to portray herself as the victim and him as the villain.

He accused the "Bodak Yellow" rapper of exaggerating their story for sympathy, describing her as a "fire woman" who creates great music yet is overly focused on her relationships with men.

In response, Cardi delivered a passionate rant, defending her lifestyle while criticizing Offset's views. She positioned him as the true manipulator in their relationship and held him responsible for the delays in their divorce.
