“Go open, go ready to make connections, whether it's friends, whether it's connections with the producers, the staff, whether it's a relationship [because] you never know. So just go on and be real.”

From a female's perspective, Natalie Cruz suggests that you "go into it with a really open mind because obviously there's a lot of you, and you don't know what you're going to expect."

"I think we had no idea what to expect with anything," she added. "So if you go into it very optimistic, I think that's the best way to go about it."

Kay Carlson, who is a self-proclaimed "Temptation Island" superfan, shared her advice to those who are going into the next season. "Just don't take yourself too seriously," she advised. "Go in understanding that it's a weird, really weird experience, and maybe don't go in expecting a relationship, but definitely go in trying to make genuine connections and just be yourself."
