Sean "Diddy" Combs' accuser, Joseph Manzaro, has amended his lawsuit against the embattled rapper.

The initial suit, which was filed earlier this month, contained several damaging accusations against the rapper that occurred during one of the now infamous "freak offs."

The suit also listed high-profile celebrities such as LeBron James, Beyoncé, and Jay-Z as being present at the location on the day Manzaro claims Sean "Diddy" Combs assaulted him.

After filing a bombshell lawsuit against Diddy, the rapper's accuser, Joseph Manzaro, has amended the suit with a few changes.

The alleged victim made the initial filing during the first week of this month, where he made several damning claims about the rapper, who has been involved in multiple civil cases since his arrest last September on sex crimes charges.

In that filing, Manzaro had named LeBron James, Beyoncé, Jay-Z, and Gloria and Emilio Estefan as the individuals who he came into contact with at the alleged "freak off" location where he was "sexually maimed" by Diddy.

Now, according to TMZ, in his amended lawsuit, he has taken out the names of Jay-Z and Beyoncé alongside all of the comments he claimed Beyoncé made when she saw him.

Remaining unchanged in the amended suit were the claims Manzro made about Diddy, as well as other details of his recollection about the alleged freak-off party he was "drugged" and "transported to" against his will.

This includes his claims that the party took place in April 2015 at the home of Diddy's alleged friends, Emilio Estefan and Gloria Estefan, and that he was brought in "secretly" through a "concealed tunnel" connected to the house.

At the party, he was reportedly forced to wear a mask shaped like a penis and was paraded through several rooms filled with people who mocked and ridiculed him.

At some point, he was also "undressed," washed against his will, and then "sexually assaulted and forced to partake in unwanted sexual activity."

During the alleged romp, he lost consciousness, but that didn't stop Diddy's cronies from "savagely" beating him and leaving him for "dead" when he woke up later.

In the initial suit, Mansaro also shared the reactions of high-profile celebrities he claimed saw him at the party.

He noted that Gloria Estefan panicked when she saw him and demanded someone call an ambulance upon noticing his "drug-induced stupor."

He also said that LeBron James nonchalantly remarked, "You all better do something about that!" when the basketball star noticed him being paraded around.

Detailed elsewhere in his filing, Mansaro recalled Beyoncé appearing visibly concerned when she saw him naked and dressed in bizarre attire.

"What's this? What's this all about? Why is this half-naked white man with a c-ck mask standing here in front of me?" Beyoncé reportedly asked, according to the filing.

Diddy's accuser then mentioned that the rapper's henchmen told Beyoncé that he was being paraded around as "part of his punishment" for being a snitch.

The Celebrities Named In The Suit Have Denied Being At A 'Freak-Off'

Reps for the named celebrities have denied that they were present at the freakoff.

"Mr Carter wasn't in Florida at that time to witness this incident - he was engaged in easily findable public activities that prove he was not at this event. This is more nonsense that erodes the trust in our 'justice' system," Jay-Z's attorney, Alex Spiro, told TMZ.

A rep for Gloria and Emilio Estefan also told the outlet that "the property in question was never a home WHERE Gloria and Emilio resided" and denied that any party occurred within the timeline reference in the suit.

"There were no parties thrown at that property between 2012 and 2019. We have all necessary documentation to support these facts and will provide it to the court," the rep said on behalf of the couple.

Meanwhile, James' rep said that the basketball star was playing for the Cleveland Cavaliers at the time and could not have been at the location of the alleged freak-off.

"A basic internet search shows what LeBron was doing all of April 2015," the rep stated. "He was playing basketball for the Cleveland Cavaliers and never in Miami."

Diddy's legal team slammed the accusation, saying, "No sane person reading this complaint could credit this story."

They also accused the alleged victim of seeking a "payday" and noted that the rapper is fully prepared to prove his innocence in court.

Diddy has been in jail since his arrest on September 16, 2024, after being hit with federal charges for sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

The rapper will have his day in court on May 5, 2025.
