“She was like, ‘You got with your brother?!’” Schwarzenegger said as Fallon dissolved into laughter.

As for Nivola, he admitted to Variety that the scene was difficult to keep under wraps.

“I told my parents, but I haven’t told my sister. She’s bad at keeping secrets,” he said. He also confided in his girlfriend, actress Iris Apatow, who was on set during filming. “I’m really scared about getting sued by HBO.”
