Sean "Diddy" Combs is being accused of "humiliating" a man during a freak-off that allegedly had celebrities like Jay-Z, Beyoncé, LeBron James, Emilio Estefan, and Gloria Estefan in attendance.

According to the accuser, Joseph Mansaro, the rapper made him wear a penis mask and paraded him around in front of high-profile individuals.

Mansaro also claimed that he was sexually assaulted and raped at the party, which he alleges took place in April 2025 at the home of Emilio Estefan and Gloria Estefan.

A rep for Jay-Z, the Estefans, and Diddy have since denied the allegations made by Mansaro.

According to TMZ, a man named Joseph Mansaro is suing Diddy, alleging that he was sexually assaulted, raped, and humiliated at a freak-off party in Miami.

The victim claimed in his filing that the party took place in April 2015 at the home of Diddy's alleged friends, Emilio Estefan and Gloria Estefan.

He further mentioned that he was forced to wear a mask shaped like a penis and was paraded through several rooms filled with people who mocked and ridiculed him.

Diddy also reportedly called for him to be "undressed" and said that he was "gonna find out what we do to snitches tonight."

In the lawsuit, Mansaro claimed that he was seen by several high-profile individuals who attended the party.

He noted that Gloria Estefan was the first to see him when he was dragged into the back entrance of their home.

According to Mansaro, she panicked and demanded that someone call for an ambulance upon noticing his "drug-induced stupor."

The alleged victim also claimed that he saw LeBron James walking through a hallway in a bath towel and that the basketball star nonchalantly said, "Y'all better do something about that!" to the individuals who were parading him around.

Detailed elsewhere in his filing, Mansaro recalled partially regaining consciousness and seeing Beyoncé and Jay-Z.

He claimed that the singer appeared visibly concerned upon seeing him naked and dressed in bizarre attire and questioned why it was happening.

"What's this? What's this all about? Why is this half-naked white man with a cock mask standing here in front of me?" Beyoncé reportedly asked.

According to Diddy's accuser, the rapper's henchmen told Beyoncé that Diddy was parading him around as "part of his punishment" for being a snitch.

In the wake of the filing, Jay-Z's attorney, Alex Spiro, denied that the rapper attended such a party.

"Mr Carter wasn't in Florida at that time to witness this incident - he was engaged in easily findable public activities that prove he was not at this event. This is more nonsense that erodes the trust in our "justice" system," he told TMZ.

A rep for Gloria and Emilio Estefan also told the outlet that "the property in question was never a home WHERE Gloria and Emilio resided" and denied that any party occurred within the timeline referenced in the suit.

"There were no parties thrown at that property between 2012 and 2019. We have all necessary documentation to support these facts and will provide it to the court," the rep said on behalf of the couple

Similarly, Diddy's legal team slammed the accusation, saying, "No sane person reading this complaint could credit this story."

They also accused the alleged victim of seeking a "payday" and noted that Diddy is fully prepared to prove his innocence in court.

Meanwhile, the embattled rapper scored a legal win in a $30 million lawsuit brought against him.

Diddy was sued by a former associate, Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones, who claimed that he was groomed, abused, and exploited by the embattled rapper during the time that they worked together.

Some of the charges that Lil Rod brought against Diddy have now been dismissed by Judge J. Paul Oetken of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York in a 31-page ruling.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the judge struck out the racketeering accusation along with the breach of contract claim, which referenced Lil Rod's claims that he was stiffed on $50,000 in payment, publishing shares, and royalties for his work on Diddy's "The Love Album: Off the Grid."
