Taking to social media, Giuffre shockingly revealed that she has only a few days to live as her health continues to deteriorate following an accident.

"This year has been the worst start to a new year," said the 41-year-old woman who once accused the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein of trafficking her.

She continued, "I won't bore anyone with the details but I think it important to note that when a school bus driver comes at you driving [60 mph] as we were slowing for a turn that no matter what your car is made of it might as well be a tin can."

Giuffre went on to attribute her alleged impending demise to kidney renal failure, a condition in which one or both kidneys no longer function properly.

Speaking further about her situation, Giuffre told the world that she is ready to die but wants to see her children.

"I'm ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time, but you know what they say about wishes. SH-T in one hand and wish in the other & I guarantee it's still going to be sh-t at the end of the day," she added to her post, which included a photograph of herself with a visible head injury.

"Thank you all for being the wonderful people of the world and for being a great part of my life."

The Victims Refuse Silence founder shares three children—two sons and one daughter—with her husband, Robert, whom she got married to in 2022.

The two are reportedly now separated, although it remains unclear when the split happened and if Robert has full custody of the kids.

The Epstein documents, released in January 2024, shed more light on the Duke of York Prince Andrew's relationship with Giuffre, whom he allegedly sexually assaulted when she was just 17 years old.

According to a deposition in the court docs, Guiffre claimed that Epstein paid her $15,000 to have sex with Prince Andrew.

"I did receive $15,000. I do not know the equivalent to what that is in pounds," Guiffre said under oath, per the Daily Mail, adding that she did not pay tax on the money she received.

In a different case in 2021, Guiffre accused Prince Andrew of "sexual assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress." The case was settled out of court for a reported $14 million without the Duke of York admitting liability.
