Demi Moore has been riding a career-high, but it has not come without personal struggles. She continues to stand by her ex-husband, Bruce Willis, as he battles progressive dementia.

Despite Moore's career resurgence, people close to her worry she is neglecting her personal life in the process. With back-to-back successes from "The Substance" and "Landman," the 62-year-old has kept romance off her radar.

A longtime friend revealed that Moore’s lack of a relationship might have impacted her awards season run, stating, "It’s a little sad that Demi couldn’t find the time or the opportunity over the last few months to start a new relationship because that might have made a difference in her awards run."

"Demi knows exactly what she’s missing by shunning the idea of a serious relationship and even dating right now," the source shared with In Touch. "But she is finding so much fulfillment in her work at the moment that she says the sacrifice, and even a little loneliness, is all worth it.”
