In partnership with Round Room Live, Grand Prix Plaza, is a 39-acre F1 destination that features more than 100,000 square feet of racing excitement.
Visitors can immerse themselves in state-of-the-art racing simulations, explore interactive exhibits, and get a close-up view of iconic F1 cars. With adrenaline-pumping activities and a picture-perfect Vegas backdrop, this attraction promises a pit stop unlike any other.

While the F1 race is still months away, fans in Vegas can enjoy some interactive fun at Grand Prix Plaza. Overlooking part of the Vegas F1 track, Grand Prix Plaza is just steps away from the world-famous Las Vegas Strip, making this an easy destination for visitors.
On May 1, 2025, the world's largest immersive Formula 1 attraction will open. Grand Prix Plaza will offer F1 fun and excitement including F1 X, F1 DRIVE, and F1 HUB.

F1 X, a Formula 1 experience that offers guests on a journey through a 4D exhibition with artifacts, F1 cars, and hands-on fun, is sure to excite racing fans. This tech-driven attraction will have guests learning, creating, and experiencing everything F1.
F1 DRIVE, the official F1 karting attraction, takes place on part of the Las Vegas Strip Circuit grid. Experience the sights, speed, and adrenaline rush of F1 in a high-performance kart with F1-inspired features, such as an LED steering wheel display and DRS technology.
F1 HUB is the heart of Grand Prix Plaza, and features F1 SIMS, elevated food and beverage offerings, and a flagship F1 store to take some of the action home with you.
F1 SIMS puts you in the driver's seat to feel the power and precision of being in an F1 car. This cutting-edge racing simulator will have you racing the Las Vegas Strip Circuit using motion technology and immersive audio-visual effects.

According to Grand Prix Plaza's website, "Race part of the Las Vegas Strip Circuit in F1-inspired karts, complete with DRS technology, realistic engine sounds, and an LED steering wheel display. Get real-time updates from your virtual Race Engineer, activate DRS and ERS with authentic F1 controls, and feel the thrill of true Grand Prix racing."
There are three different ticket package options. Mixed Grid is for all skill levels and is a qualifier and timed race. This is designed for families and mixed abilities. The Elite Experience is the "ultimate Formula 1 karting experience." This is also a qualifier and timed race. The final ticket option is the Fastest Lap, which is a "thrill at your own pace" option that is a self-timed race.

Grand Prix Plaza's Special Preview Event Had A Special Guest Waving The Checkered Flag

On Friday, March 28, The Blast attended a media preview event at Grand Prix Plaza.
During the special event, iconic entertainer Wayne Newton waved the checkered flag during a ceremonial first lap for F1 DRIVE. Newton, known as "Mr. Las Vegas," was decked out in an F1 jacket and ready to wave the flag as the karts finished their second lap around the track.
CEO of Formula 1, Stefano Domenicali, and President and CEO of Las Vegas Grand Prix, Inc. and Chief Commercial Officer for Formula 1, Emily Prazer, were both on hand to get the inaugural race started and get the media pumped for the exciting new attraction near the Strip that's gearing up for opening day.
