The reality star and her ex-husband came to a resolution about their domestic violence claims, and she says she will not need a restraining order anymore.

DeAnna Pappas Moves To Strike Restraining Order Request

The TV alum eventually reached a consensus with her ex and notified the court of her decision to let the restraining order request against him go.
Pappas' attorney appeared in court for a hearing on the petition on Thursday. The reality star had requested earlier in the month that the court order Stagliano to stay 100 yards away from her.
At the hearing, the TV star's legal rep updated the judge that the reality star had established an agreement with Stagliano, which negated the need for a restraining order. In Touch noted that the TV star's ex did not respond to the lawsuit before she decided to trash it.
The Estranged Couple Had A Heated Custody Exchange At Her Home Last Month

On why she filed for a restraining order, Pappas referred to an arrest that occurred after an incident with her ex during a custody exchange at her home on February 27.
The former reality star claimed her estranged husband asked her to come close to him to check if she had been consuming alcohol in her breath. She shared that she refused to heed her ex's request and insisted that she had not been consuming any form of alcohol, but he was still not convinced.
Pappas then recalled going indoors and locking the door behind her while her former partner refused to let her do the same for the garage door.
After hearing noises from her garage, she went outside only to be confronted by Stagliano. She described how he grabbed her and forcefully pushed her, prompting her to retreat indoors in fear for her safety.
The reality star quickly locked the door and waited for the police to arrive. According to her, her daughter recorded the event and provided alleged footage screenshots to support her court case.

Pappas added that she faced allegations of physically assaulting him, which she firmly stated were "unequivocally untrue." As a result of these accusations, she was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor but was released a few hours later after posting a $20,000 bond.
Following her release, the reality voluntarily took drug and alcohol tests, which she claims returned negative results for both substances.
In their ongoing divorce proceedings, the reality star initially sought primary custody of their children and spousal support, while her ex asked for joint physical custody.
Ultimately, their divorce agreement stipulates that Stagliano pays Pappas $1,000 monthly in child support and an additional $1,500 in spousal support.

As shared by The Blast, the former TV star also noted in her restraining order filing that Stagliano began attacking her physically during their marriage.
The couple, married in 2011, has encountered significant challenges following their separation in January 2023, primarily concerning Stagliano's mental health.
Pappas recounted episodes where Stagliano was subjected to a 5150 hold, which permits temporary involuntary psychiatric commitment under California law.
In her petition, she clarified that her intentions were not to undermine Stagliano but to recognize and address his struggles with depression.
Pappas expressed her belief that he is a good father and emphasized their children's deep love for him. She called for a realistic understanding of their situation.
