Hugh Jackman and Deborra-Lee Furness's split is reportedly at an impasse over the division of their assets.
Reports suggest the Australian-born actress believes she's entitled to more money as the "Logan" star was still married before flaunting his relationship with girlfriend Sutton Foster.
Hugh Jackman is said to be "madly in love" with Sutton Foster and is considering getting married to her, despite Deborra-Lee Furness's prediction that their romance will soon end.
Hugh Jackman And Deborra-Lee Furness's Split Has Hit A Snag

Jackman and his estranged Furness have seemingly hit a roadblock over money issues in their divorce settlement.
The former Hollywood power couple announced their split in September 2023, explaining that they were "shifting" and had decided to "separate to pursue our individual growth."
They vowed to go through their split with "gratitude, love, and kindness," but a new twist in the proceedings suggests things could get messy.
According to the Daily Mail, a source shared that both of them are at an impasse as Furness believes she's "entitled" to more money, while Jackman is refusing.
"Hugh and Deborra-Lee have not yet filed for divorce because they are struggling to reach an agreement on how to divide their assets," the insider said. "Deborra-Lee feels entitled to more money than Hugh is willing to offer."
Jackman and Furness met on the Australian TV show "Correlli" back in 1995 and got married in Melbourne a year later.
They went on to adopt their two children, Oscar and Ava, before amassing massive wealth thanks to the actor's hit role as Wolverine and their thriving business empire.
Reports put their estimated net worth around $250 million, with Jackman holding a major chunk of that.
Deborra-Lee Furness's Decision Could Be Linked To The Actor's Romance With Sutton Foster

Furness's decision to hold out for more money could be linked to Jackman's romance with girlfriend Sutton Foster.
The pair struck up a friendship while they both starred in the 2022 Broadway revival of "The Music Man," with sources noting that their relationship was Broadway's "worst kept secret."
They finally confirmed their romance in January as they were seen leaving a Los Angeles restaurant hand-in-hand.
However, sources close to the "Wolverine" star have denied that he had anything to do with Foster while he was still with Furness.
A source told the news outlet that "while he didn't physically cheat on" Furness with Foster, the 69-year-old actress "believes they were having an emotional affair and she feels he betrayed her."
"With a significant amount of money at stake, Deborra-Lee is determined to get what she believes she deserves from the separation," the source continued, adding that she's "using the fact that Hugh is still married and involved with another woman against him."
Hugh Jackman And Deborra-Lee Furness's Split Could Get 'Messy'

An insider previously told the Daily Mail that their divorce could get "messy" as the absence of a prenup proved to be an issue in their split.
Jackman and Furness's joint asset includes a three-story apartment in the Meier Towers building in New York City's West Village, which they paid $21 million for in 2008 and later listed in 2022 for $38.9 million in 2022. It remains unclear if the property has been sold.
They also have a $3.5 million, 2.5-acre property in East Hampton, New York, a $5.9 million Bondi beach house in Sydney, Australia, and a $21 million penthouse in Manhattan's affluent Chelsea neighborhood, which they bought one year before they split.
"One of the biggest reasons why they haven't yet filed is that they never had a prenup," a source close to Jackman shared. "When they got married, they thought it would be forever. Who doesn't? At the time, neither of them expected Hugh's career to get as enormous as it has."
The insider continued, "Because there was no prenup, and he made a fortune during their marriage, this divorce is not going to be cut and dry. It may even get messy because the stakes are high."
"A lot of moving parts need to be worked out, and there is a huge amount of money involved," the source added.
Hugh Jackman Is Reportedly Planning To Marry Sutton Foster

Meanwhile, Jackman may not have given up on getting married, as reports suggest he's considering tying the knot with Foster.
Weeks after going public with their relationship, a source told Us Weekly that the couple are "madly in love" with each other, amid reports Furness believes their romance is a novelty and would soon wear off.
"They're not officially living together but spending a lot of time together," the source told the news outlet, adding that the pair are "relieved and happy" to have made their relationship public.
"It felt like the right time as their relationship has gotten stronger," the insider added. "They've known each other for so long that it's easy to fall into the next stage of their relationship."
The Actor Plans On Proposing After He Finalizes His Divorce From Deborra-Lee Furness

Another source told Sky News that Jackman is now looking to make Foster his wife after finalizing his divorce from Furness.
"Hugh had a lot of back and forth while he was in Australia for the holidays but ultimately, he realized how much he missed her," the insider shared. "The magic came flooding back when they reunited, and ultimately, marriage is the end game for these two."
"Hugh is clear he wants to make Sutton his wife," the source added.
