Andrew Tate's legal woes just took another hit, this time from someone close to him.
His girlfriend, Bri Stern, has filed a police report accusing the controversial influencer of sexually assaulting her during sex. This shocking claim surfaces as Tate remains entangled in a high-profile criminal case in Romania.
Just last year, Andrew Tate and his brother, Tristan, suffered a legal defeat in their attempt to recover over $12 million in assets, luxury cars, watches, and more seized by authorities amid allegations of organized crime.
Andrew Tate's Girlfriend Bri Stern Files Disturbing Police Report

Bri Stern and Andrew Tate first crossed paths last June when she traveled to Romania for a modeling job. Despite his well-documented legal troubles, the two started dating.
Stern alleges that on March 11, Tate began choking her during sex at the Beverly Hills Hotel, and when she pleaded for him to stop, he only became more aggressive. Sources say that the more she struggled, the more violent he became until she felt herself slipping into unconsciousness.
The alleged assault ended only when Tate finished and fell asleep. Stern then went to the bathroom, where she documented her injuries. She later traveled to New York City for work and, a few days after the incident, sought medical attention at an emergency room.
TMZ obtained photos revealing bruising on Stern's face, offering visual proof of the alleged assault, and also confirmed through medical records that she was diagnosed with "post-concussive" symptoms.
Sources further indicate that Stern did not feel secure enough to contact authorities until Tate had left the country, after which she filed an official police report.

That departure, it turns out, was Tate and his brother Tristan returning to Romania last weekend for a scheduled court appearance in their ongoing organized crime case.
Apart from pictures of her bruises, text messages between Tate and Stern were reportedly obtained, in which he appears to discuss beating her. Additionally, the outlet secured a photo of Tate posing with Kanye West in Los Angeles on March 10, just hours before the alleged assault took place.
Sources claim that throughout their relationship, which began last June, Tate was frequently verbally abusive and threatening. However, this was reportedly the first time he became physically violent.
The sources also allege Tate had been pressuring Stern to create an OnlyFans account, essentially hinting that he wanted to "pimp her out" on the platform. Since the alleged assault, Stern has cut all ties with Tate, blocking him on social media and all messaging platforms.
The Social Media Personality Slams 'Outrageous' Allegations

Tate is firing back at accusations made by his ex-girlfriend, Stern, who claims he violently choked her during sex at the Beverly Hills Hotel earlier this month. The controversial star denies the allegations and threatens legal action against those spreading what he calls a "blatant falsehood."
Tate's legal team is dismissing the claims outright, insisting that the accusations lack evidence. "Once again, we witness the media recklessly publishing a one-sided narrative, disregarding the most fundamental facts," his team stated.
They also refute the authenticity of the photos showing Stern's alleged injuries, asserting, "The photos? Not taken in the Beverly Hills Hotel bathroom. They weren't even snapped at night. No bruising. No evidence whatsoever."
Tate's lawyers further claim Stern's accusations stem from resentment "when he did not fly her to New York City on a private jet."
Andrew Tate's Team Dismisses Alleged Texts

As for the alleged text messages, where Tate appears to discuss "beating" Stern, his team argues they are completely unverified and could have easily been faked. Tate's lawyers insist there is "no verification, no metadata, nothing" backing up the authenticity of the texts. They argued:
"In an era where AI can generate entire conversations in seconds, it's impressive how quickly unverified screenshots become 'evidence' when they suit the narrative."
Beyond disputing the texts, Tate's team maintains that his version of events does not align with the "desired narrative," implying that the media is prioritizing sensationalism over truth.
Closing out their statement, the 38-year-old's attorneys claim he and his brother have been unfairly villainized in the press, stating, "The Tates have become the quintessential villains in media fabrication, and while this may create convenient clickbait, it won't withstand scrutiny in reality -- or in a courtroom."
The Tate Bother's Legal Woes Deepen As Asset Battle Ends In Defeat

Before this recent allegation, the former kickboxer and his brother, Tristan, suffered a courtroom loss in 2024 over their seized assets.
The Blast reported that last January, the brothers suffered a significant blow when their attempt to reclaim more than $12 million in assets, confiscated by Romanian authorities, ended in failure.
Initially, a judge rejected their appeal in December 2023, but the Bucharest Court of Appeal later overturned that decision, granting them a glimmer of hope. However, when the moment arrived to determine which assets, if any, would be returned, the brothers ultimately walked away empty-handed.
The confiscated assets included £84,000 (approximately $105,000) in company investments and 21 Bitcoin valued at around £440,000, 15 luxury vehicles, 14 designer watches, and 10 properties scattered throughout Bucharest.
Andrew Tate, who has consistently denied any wrongdoing, now faces yet another serious allegation that could further complicate his legal battles.
