Nikki Glaser is embracing change, past, present, and future.
The comedian took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a striking side-by-side collage that compared her first appearance on "The Tonight Show" in January 2009 to her most recent return to the late-night stage on Monday.
The throwback, which featured Glaser at 24 years old during her first guest spot with then-host Jay Leno, showed just how much has evolved over the last 16 years, not just in her career, but also in her appearance.

Now 40, Glaser looked nearly unrecognizable in the early photo, where she sported a black strapless dress, black sweater, and matching boots. Her hair, styled in a side part, framed a fresh-faced look that marked her early days in the entertainment world.
In contrast, Monday night’s appearance on "The Tonight Show with host Jimmy Fallon" saw Glaser suited up in a chic black ensemble with her signature blond hair parted down the middle. She later changed into a silver mini dress and stilettos, commanding attention with her polished, confident presence.
Glaser’s Stunning Transformation Has Fans Doing A Double Take

Fans quickly took to the comments to applaud Glaser’s glow-up.
“Love this evolution! I truly feel like the more I age, the more I feel comfortable in my own skin. You’re radiating and it shows!” one wrote.
Someone else commented, "Leg work out. Post it. Immediately. Thank you. I love you."
A third added, “Love this journey for you.”
Another praised her evolution, writing, “Ummmm I’ll have what she’s having.”
Nikki Glaser Says A Facelift Is Coming In 2026

But Glaser made it clear she’s not done evolving just yet.
During her Monday night appearance, she revealed plans for a future facelift, joking with Jimmy Fallon about her open attitude toward cosmetic enhancements.
“Wait till the facelift,” she quipped. “That’s coming. August 2026. I’m gonna do it. I have no problem with that.”
She poked fun at the typical explanations celebrities give for subtle facial transformations. “You’ve got to do it subtly, so they go, ‘What’s she doing?’ and you can just go, ‘Just meditating more.’ I’m doing the type of meditation that removes your eyelid skin. That’s what they say, ‘I’m drinking more water. I’m just working on my gut health, so my brow has been lowered two inches.’”
Glaser called the procedure “a wise investment,” adding, “People treat you better when you’re hotter. It’s just a fact. It’s a sad fact of life.”
The "FBoy Island" host previously revealed in December that she delayed a planned brow lift in order to fulfill her hosting duties at the 2025 Golden Globes.

Nikki Glaser is officially headed back to the Golden Globes stage.
The comedian will reprise her role as host for the 83rd Golden Globe Awards, scheduled to take place on January 26, 2026, airing live on CBS, Deadline reported.
Glaser made headlines earlier this year when she became the first woman to host the Golden Globes solo, earning praise for her fearless wit and refreshingly unfiltered delivery. The milestone moment came shortly after her buzzy performance on Netflix’s "The Roast of Tom Brady," which she told Deadline helped put her “on some important people’s radar.”
Nikki Glaser Signs 3-Year Golden Globes Hosting Deal After Career-Best Performance

According to the outlet, Glaser has inked a three-year deal to continue hosting the prestigious TV and film awards show. While she’s previously stayed quiet about her salary, sources say she was paid just over $400,000 for her debut, a figure that’s expected to “significantly” increase with her return.
“Hosting the Golden Globes this year was without a doubt the most fun I have ever had in my career,” Glaser said in a statement following her first outing. “I can’t wait to do it again, and this time in front of the team from 'The White Lotus' who will finally recognize my talent and cast me in Season Four as a Scandinavian Pilates instructor with a shadowy past.”
Golden Globes President Helen Hoehne echoed the enthusiasm, praising Glaser’s work.
“Nikki Glaser brought a refreshing spark and fearless wit to the Golden Globes stage this year," she said. "Her sharp humor and bold presence set the tone for an unforgettable night, making the ceremony feel vibrant and most of all fun.”
