Denise Richards Hails Daughter's OnlyFans Courage While Slamming 'Double Standards': 'I Wish I Had Balls When I Was Her Age'

Denise Richards is speaking up on her daughter's behalf!

The actress frowned on work-related judgment her daughter Sami Sheen is experiencing due to her chosen career as an OnlyFans creator.

Denise Richards began her own OnlyFans journey in 2022, taking a leaf off her Sami's page; she started making a living off the platform when she clocked 18.

The movie star could not hide her admiration for Sheen, who took the bull by the horns and became an OnlyFans creator at 18. Sheen's decision does come at a price, as the 20-year-old admitted that she is not taken seriously by prospective employers due to her job.

"I really want to get headshots done to transition into modeling. I've met with a couple agencies, and they don't like that I do OnlyFans," Sheen explained.

The creator emphasized that if she was taken seriously in the modeling world, she would not have ventured into the adult industry to begin with.

According to PEOPLE, Richards highlighted what she viewed as a "double standard" in how people are judged depending on their backgrounds, jobs, or situations.

"I really am so proud of Sami. I wish I had her f-cking balls when I was her age," Richards said, praising her daughter for working hard to be independent.

In the March 25 episode of "Denise Richards & Her Wild Things," Richards opened up about her experiences preparing for a photoshoot for her OnlyFans account.

She discussed the significant impact that her success on the platform has had on her career, revealing just how lucrative it can be. According to her:

"I will say that I'm in the top 1% of creators on OnlyFans, so I am very grateful," the 54-year-old said. "It's very empowering, especially for someone my age, that people still want to see me that way."

When she initially joined OnlyFans, the actress had concerns about potential job losses. Contrary to her fears, she experienced an increase in opportunities. She began receiving more roles, often portraying characters like the trophy wife or the alluring temptress.

The 54-year-old is not alone in her chosen field. She enjoys the unwavering support of her husband, Aaron Phypers, who even helps her create content in his spare time.

During her interview, the actress was seen sensually posing in a red swimsuit as Phypers took her pictures. Richards praised her partner for being incredibly supportive, emphasizing his involvement throughout the entire process. 

She highlighted his understanding of what men appreciate, noting that he offers guidance by reviewing photos and providing constructive feedback on what works well.

The actress also clarified her approach to using the popular subscription service often associated with sex work. She emphasized that her presence on the platform is not about casual interactions but rather a meaningful way to connect with her fans. 

"People think that I'm just doing whatever, that's not true. I actually look at it as a way of communicating with fans, and not the way that you're thinking," the actress noted.

In February, as noted by The Blast, the model reflected on facing unwanted sexual advances at the beginning of her career. Despite her experience, Richards disclosed that she could not take the necessary legal steps due to fear of being blackballed.

She recounted feeling vulnerable, as being told she might never work in her passionate field was profoundly difficult. However, looking back, she expressed gratitude for the empowerment brought by the #MeToo movement.

The 54-year-old appreciated that women now have a stronger voice and better protection. She recognized that if she had faced those issues at her current age, she would have handled them differently.

Additionally, she praised her daughters for their resilience and strength, noting how they confidently stand up for themselves while participating in the show. The actress admired their confidence, wishing she had possessed such strength during her own challenges.

The content creator then shared vivid details of a crushing assault she endured at age 15. "The first time I ever experienced that, I was 15, and I noticed a man following me. He came up from behind me, put his hand around my mouth, grabbed my vagina, and started dragging me," she began.

Richards recalled freezing and forgetting how to scream for help. She described the situation as so terrifying, especially at an age where she was so vulnerable.

In her reflections, she expressed a deep commitment to protecting her three daughters from the horrors she has endured. Driven by her own past experiences, she wishes to empower them to face any challenges with strength and resilience.

She acknowledged that her unresolved traumas continue to affect her, expressing fear about not fully confronting her past. This emotional burden makes her uncertain about moving beyond those experiences.
