Looking for a center Strip view with seating inside and out? Cabo Wabo Cantina, inside Miracle Miles Shops at Planet Hollywood, offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast is served from 8 to 11 a.m. daily and includes more than a dozen tasty options including their signature CW Eggs Benedict made with English muffins topped with Mexican shredded beef and chorizo, poached eggs, melted pepper jack cheese, and hollandaise sauce, served with a side of Cabo Wabo potatoes.

Sweet tooth running the show in the morning? No worries! They also offer Croissant French toast with warm syrup, fresh berries, powdered sugar, and whipped cream. 

And don’t forget the drinks. In addition to the usual morning offerings - coffee and juice - there are also breakfast cocktails available.

Nestled inside Wynn Las Vegas, La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway offers its renowned butler-style service, presented tableside in a serene indoor and outdoor setting. Brunch is available on Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Guests can relax in the renovated garden lounge and terrace that features floor-to-ceiling windows that fully retract, connecting diners to Wynn’s pool and gardens. 

A new menu is being debuted on March 29 and will highlight savory mini egg frittata, brown sugar pecan waffles, avocado crostini and many other delicious options. 

Making the brunch experience even more tasty is a refreshing menu of drinks, featuring pomegranate tea, Aperol spritz, paloma, and more.

This all-you-can-eat brunch is $54 per adult, with the option of adding bottomless libations for an additional $34.

Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca at Green Valley Ranch is unveiling a new brunch experience from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Saturday. The new “Brunch Club” offers shareable cocktail trees filled with a choice of Belvedere vodka espresso martinis or rose cocktails. There are also endless sips options - mimosas and Aperol spritzes. The food menu includes delicious favorites such as avocado toast, prosciutto eggs benedict, and many others.

Another option at Green Valley Ranch is Borracha Mexican Cantina. Their weekend brunch features classic breakfast burritos, chorizo skillets, and chilaquilees, as well as many others. Guests can also enjoy bottomless micheladas and mimosas, as well as specialty cocktails. 

Over at Arizona Charlie’s Decatur and Arizona Charlie’s Boulder, brunch lovers can find Sourdough Cafe, which has earned the “Best Breakfast” award from Best of Las Vegas. The menu includes Charlie’s signature omelet, loaded biscuits and gravy, cinnamon swirl French toast, and much more. 

Mijo Modern Mexican Restaurant, located inside Durango Casino & Resort, is a new spring brunch destination. They have an outdoor patio that rests under the desert sky. Guests can enjoy a coastal Mexican cuisine for their brunch experience on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
