Kanye 'Ye' West comes out with a hefty allegation against ex-wife Kim Kardashian as speculation of an impending custody battle increases.
"The Kardashians" star has been accused of trafficking their children, according to X posts made by the rapper as he continues his rant session.
Kanye 'Ye' West and Kim Kardashian are parents to four children, including North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm. Up until now, things seemed great in the custody arrangement department following their divorce nearly three years ago.
Kim Kardashian & Kanye West At Impasse Over FKA Twigs And The Tate Brothers
Ye recently made headlines with outrageous claims that Kim is involved in trafficking their children, particularly in light of North's participation in an FKA Twigs song and a TikTok video.
This assertion has reportedly drawn laughter from those close to Kim, especially given Ye's association with the controversial Tate brothers, Andrew and Tristan.
The co-parenting dynamic between Kim and Ye took a dramatic turn when Kim halted North's visit with Ye after being informed that the Tate brothers were scheduled to arrive.
This incident was part of a broader discussion during an emergency hearing regarding North's involvement in a song featuring Ye and Sean' Diddy' Combs. The Tates also have a troubled legal history, having been arrested in 2022 for allegedly running a criminal organization in Romania.
Andrew is currently facing additional charges of rape and ongoing sexual assault lawsuits in both the U.S. and the UK. Despite their legal issues,TMZ noted that they have not yet been convicted of any crimes.
The SKIMS Founder Is Displeased At Ye's Decision To Feature North On His Song With Diddy

The Blast noted that Kim is reportedly "disgusted" by her ex-husband's choice to feature their daughter, North, in a new song with rapper Diddy. As a result of this decision, Kim is now considering the possibility of fighting for full custody of their child.
The Yeezy CEO recently collaborated with his daughter, North, on a new track titled "Lonely Roads Still Lead To Sunshine," which also features Diddy and his son, Christian.
The song begins with a conversation between Ye and Diddy, leading into North's rap verse where she expresses, "When you see me shining, then you see the light."
However, the collaboration reportedly upset Kim, prompting rumors that she wants a renewed custody battle with West. Sources suggest that the reality star is particularly distressed by North's association with Diddy, finding it both heartbreaking and unforgivable.
The Estranged Couple Traded Words Over Text On North's Trademark

Shortly before Ye posted and then deleted the contentious song featuring Diddy, he shared screenshots of a supposed conversation with Kim. In these messages, the rapper expressed his intent to go "to war" over the rights to their daughter's name, North.
The conversation suggested that the SKIMS owner has control over the name and had tried to use it to prevent North from being included in the song, which angered Ye. He stated in the text that he would never communicate with her again.
Kim responded by mentioning her attempt to trademark their daughter's name and claimed that the rapper had agreed to it at the time, asserting that it would go to North when she turned 18.
She cautioned the designer to cease his actions, explaining that she had sent documentation to protect North from being featured in the song.
Ye and Kim welcomed North in June 2013, shortly after they began their highly publicized relationship. They tied the knot in a luxurious wedding in Italy in 2014.
Ye Promised To Take Legal Actions Against The Social Media Influencer

Kim emphasized their earlier agreement that she would manage the trademarks for all their children to prevent any other claims.
Despite her reasoning, Ye remained unyielding and threatened legal action, warning that the fallout would harm both parties. He declared, "You're going to have to kill me" if their issues were not resolved.
Following this exchange, the controversial rapper took to social media to voice his frustrations, claiming that Kardashian's family had stripped away his rights.
He expressed a strong desire to be more involved in his children's lives, insisting on having a say in their education and friends and how they present themselves. He also reinforced the view that a father should have the final say regarding his children.
Kanye West Accused Kim Kardashian And Disney Of Withholding His Kids From Him

The Blast also shared that the rapper recently shared his frustrations regarding his ex-wife and their co-parenting situation through social media.
He voiced concerns about having limited access to their four children and accused "the Kardashian mob," along with Disney and Hulu, of interfering in his parenting.
Although the "Moon" rapper later deleted the posts, as he typically does, he expressed feelings about the numerous obstacles he faces, including account freezes and threats of jail time.
He emphasized his desire to be actively involved in his children's lives, particularly regarding their education, friendships, and sleepovers, especially for his daughters.
The artist criticized the lifestyle his children are exposed to within the Kardashian family and likened his visits to seeing them to a prison visitation. In his words:
"JUST SEEING MY KIDS IS LIKE VISITATION. ITS LIKE IM IN PRISON 'SEEING' MY KIDS I DONT CARE IF I LIVE OR DIE OR IF IM IN JAIL OR FREE ANDI ESPECIALLY DONT CARE ABOUT WHATEVER THESE P–Y A-- CELEBRITIES GOT TO SAY THAT ARE SLAVES TO THE JEWS."
Things are definitely about to hit the ceiling between Kim Kardashian and Kanye 'Ye' West.
