Emma Heming Willis has urged fans of her husband, Bruce Willis, to "rally" for the actor as he turns 70.
The former model made the call in an emotional post on Instagram on March 19, which marks Willis' birthday.
Just like Emma, Bruce Willis' first daughter Rumer made a similar request to fans hours before his birthday milestone and later took to social media to celebrate him.

Taking to Instagram, Emma Heming Willis celebrated her husband's birthday with a request to his fans, asking them to "rally" for him.
"It's Bruce's birthday, and if there's one thing I know, it's that there's no greater fan than a Bruce fan," the former model wrote on the social media platform.
Emma continued, "So flood him with all the love today—he will feel it, I swear he will. You are one powerful bunch. I love how you rally for him, and I'm so grateful that he has you."

Alongside the post, Emma shared what appeared to be a throwback picture of her husband from a time when he had not been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia.
In the picture, he could be seen standing upright on a quad bike surrounded by nature while giving the thumbs-up sign to the camera.
He also had a massive smile on his face, a sign that he was enjoying the outdoor outing.

A day before Willis turned 70, his daughter, Rumer, whom he shares with his ex-wife, Demi Moore, made a similar request to her fans on her social media.
The fan had asked, "How's your dad doing?" during an Ask Me Anything session on her Instagram Stories, to which Rumer replied, "He's doing great; thank you for asking."
After sharing the health update, Rumer added, "It is actually his 70th birthday tomorrow, so please wish my papa a big happy birthday."
Hours later, she again took to her Instagram page to celebrate her father with a heartfelt post.
"To the King…I love you Daddio Happy 70th Birthday papa," she wrote.
Rumer also added to the post an undated video of her mother dancing with Willis near the kitchen area of their home. In the background, someone could be heard laughing behind the camera, presumably Rumer.
Bruce Willis Was Diagnosed With Dementia In 2023

Willis' health struggles first came to light in March 2022 when his family shared a joint statement about his condition on social media.
"To Bruce's amazing supporters, as a family we wanted to share that our beloved Bruce has been experiencing some health issues and has recently been diagnosed with aphasia, which is impacting his cognitive abilities," they wrote in a joint statement.
Via the post, the family also announced that Willis was "stepping away" from his career to focus on his health.
The statement further read, "This is a really challenging time for our family, and we are so appreciative of your continued love, compassion, and support. We are moving through this as a strong family unit and wanted to bring his fans in because we know how much he means to you, as you do to him."
By February of 2023, the family confirmed in another post that Willis had been further diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia.
The Actor Has Made Few Public Appearances Since His Dementia Diagnosis

Since the announcement, the family has consistently shared regular updates about his health through their social media platforms. Meanwhile, public sightings of Willis have become increasingly rare, and in those instances, he has never been seen alone.
He was last seen in January 2025 being driven around Studio City while sitting in the car's passenger seat. The windows were rolled down during the ride, and the actor appeared to be looking straight ahead, seemingly lost in thought.
This sighting followed a recent public appearance where the Hollywood star was spotted speaking with an LAPD first responder and several police officers.
Footage of the outing was later posted by his wife, Emma Heming Willis, on her Instagram page.
"Spotting a first responder, Bruce never missed a chance to show his gratitude with a heartfelt handshake and a 'thank you' for your service," Emma captioned the post. "Yesterday was no different."
Demi Moore Says Her Ex-Husband Will Always Be Family

In an interview with Variety, Moore opened up about her support for Willis as he continues his battle with frontotemporal dementia.
"We will always be family—just in a different form," she told the publication. "For me, there was never a question. I show up because that's what you do for the people you love."
Willis, who also has two young daughters, Mabel, 12, and Evelyn, 10, with his wife Emma Heming, 46, receives regular visits from Moore, as she remains a steady presence for her children and his extended family.
In her interview, Moore noted that she hopes their close-knit dynamic can serve as an example for other families.
"I hope it's encouraging for others to see that there's a different way to do things. There is life after divorce. There is a way to co-parent with love," she said.
