Hailey Bieber Reportedly Gearing Up For Legal War Against Online Trolls Amid Justin Bieber Stalking Claims

It seems Hailey Bieber is no longer willing to let any of the smear campaigns against her slide!

The model is reportedly considering legal options to shut off online detractors with the most to say about her and her marriage to Justin Bieber.

Hailey Bieber's latest move comes amid circulating rumors about the poor state of her marriage to Justin Bieber. This resulted in her and Selena Gomez allegedly avoiding each other at a recent public event.

Hailey is increasingly frustrated with the false narratives and rumors about her circulating online, leading her to consider legal action for the first time. 

Sources reveal that a recent wave of allegations paints her as a bully and stalker, including a TikTok video claiming she liked a negative post about Selena's fiancé, Benny Blanco.

Another YouTube series also alleged that she stalked Justin to secure their marriage. After years of enduring these hateful narratives, which she feels are often revisited and unfounded, Hailey is determined to take a stand. 

She is particularly concerned that the misinformation is accepted as truth without scrutiny. Having always tried to ignore the negativity, her perspective has shifted since becoming a mother, prompting her to seek legal recourse.

Recently, she reached out to attorney Lisa Moore, known for her successful representation of Cardi B in a defamation case, to discuss potential legal actions against those spreading false statements and videos about her.

TMZ reported that Hailey hopes to address the issue, inspired by Moore's past success securing a $4 million defamation judgment for Cardi B.

Selena and Hailey caught attention in striking strapless gowns at the recently concluded Vanity Fair Oscar Party, though their interactions suggested tension. 

As shared by The Blast, sources indicated that thr singer deliberately kept her distance from Hailey to avoid any potential awkward moments. The avoidance was also due to the ongoing rumors about Hailey's marriage to Justin, Selena's ex. 

While the Oscar nominee dazzled in a midnight blue Giorgio Armani Privé dress alongside her fiancé, Benny Blanco, Hailey opted for a custom black Saint Laurent gown and Tiffany & Co. accessories.

However, she notably attended the event without Justin. This absence and their separate appearances heightened speculation regarding issues in Hailey and Justin's relationship.

Selena reportedly intentionally avoided Hailey at the event to prevent any awkward moments that could lead to unwanted headlines. The insider noted that Selena, who was presenting an award for the film "Emilia Perez," wanted to keep the focus on her work that night. 

While she would greet Hailey if their paths crossed, she preferred not to be photographed with her, as it could spark numerous stories in the media. The source stated:

"Selena is a friendly person. She just wanted to avoid being photographed with her or near her because then 100 stories are born."

The insider also mentioned that Selena had previously taken a picture with Hailey, which went viral, but doing that this time did not feel right to her.

The dynamics between Justin, Hailey, and Selena have been a topic of speculation, especially following rumors suggesting that Selena could be tied to the tensions in Hailey and Justin's marriage.
