This situation forced her and her son to leave their home in Los Angeles and start anew in Texas. Describing the hardship of staying in hotels and "couch-surfing" with friends, she expressed how difficult it was to be displaced without access to her accounts, which her ex had commandeered.

This left her feeling stripped of her identity and resources, a situation she described as traumatizing. Overwhelmed with emotion, she told PEOPLE that she felt utterly lost and without support during the challenging time. In her words:

The subpoena demanded records dating from May 1 to date for any accounts linked to either party or under Dumontet's social security number.

The TV personality secured a restraining order and exclusive access to their Los Angeles home. Later, the entrepreneur accused his estranged wife of neglecting the property she was awarded and allowing it to fall into disrepair.

His legal representative stated in court that Quinn failed to maintain the home as required, particularly since she has not occupied or cared for it since at least July.

This neglect has led to significant damage to the house, according to Dumontet, who argued that it puts him at risk of legal repercussions as the homeowner. In response, the reality star requested that the court deny Dumontet's appeal to return home.

Christine Quinn is seemingly moving on well from her crushing divorce from Christian Dumontet.
