Kanye West Reportedly At Risk Of Losing Joint Custody Of Kids To Kim Kardashian After X Rant

The stage may now be set for an epic child custody battle between Kim Kardashian and Kanye 'Ye' West!

The SKIMS founder is reportedly considering heading to court to review their existing custody agreement in light of his latest controversial stunt involving North West.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye 'Ye' West settled their divorce in November 2022, where they agreed to share joint physical and legal custody of their four minor children.

Kim's rumored legal moves come after Ye reportedly agreed in a mediation on Friday not to drop a pre-recorded song that featured their daughter and disgraced rapper, Sean "Diddy" Combs.

The track "Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine" includes a telephone conversation between the designer and Diddy, who is currently behind bars.

Kim had earlier registered her displeasure about North being remotely involved in the project. The reality star absolutely has a say in her daughter's endeavors because their divorce agreement stipulates that.

Sources with direct knowledge revealed to TMZ that Kim and Ye's divorce settlement includes a clause requiring them to consult a private judge to resolve any conflicts. 

Kim obeyed and attended the mediation with her lawyer, Laura Wasser, while Patrick DeCarolis represented Ye. They agreed that their daughter North would not be featured in any version of Ye's new song.

However, despite this agreement, Kanye released the song featuring North's voice. He later took to X to assert, "THE MAN MAKES THE FINAL DECISION."

Kim is contemplating her options regarding custody arrangements with the "No Child Left Behind" singer, especially since he has not been actively involved in their children's lives.

Although she has always encouraged a relationship between the kids and their dad, there was a notable incident when Ye held an event promoting swastika shirts.

Sources revealed that Kim deemed the event inappropriate for their children to attend, considering the history behind the logo and what it represents. Additionally, while Ye is not heavily involved in decision-making related to the kids, he has shown a disregard for established rules. 

As a result of his recent actions, the social media influencer is now seriously considering seeking judicial intervention to revoke his existing joint legal custody potentially.

As noted by The Blast, the rapper recently expressed his frustrations regarding his ex-wife and their co-parenting situation. 

He took to social media to voice his concerns about having limited access to their four children while also accusing "the Kardashian mob," along with Disney and Hulu, of interfering in his parenting.

In his typical style, he later deleted the posts but initially shared his feelings about the various obstacles he faced, including the freezing of his accounts and attempts to place him in jail.

He emphasized the importance of being able to raise his children and criticized the lifestyle they are exposed to within the Kardashian family.

The artist expressed a deep desire to be actively involved in raising his children, emphasizing that he does not want to merely "see" them.

Ye wants to have a say in important aspects of their lives, such as their education, friendships, and sleepovers, particularly regarding his daughters. The father-of-four further likened seeing his kids to visiting a prison, as he wrote: 

"JUST SEEING MY KIDS IS LIKE VISITATION. ITS LIKE IM IN PRISON 'SEEING' MY KIDS I DONT CARE IF I LIVE OR DIE OR IF IM IN JAIL OR FREE AND I ESPECIALLY DONT CARE ABOUT WHATEVER THESE P–Y A-- CELEBRITIES GOT TO SAY THAT ARE SLAVES TO THE JEWS."

The fashion guru also released screenshots of his conversation with his former wife. The SKIMS founder was seemingly trying to prevent their eldest daughter, North, from being featured in the song with Diddy. 

Kim's attempt to get a judge to block the song's release led to a heated exchange between the two. In the conversation, he declared he would never speak to her again.

Kim promptly reminded the rapper that he had previously agreed to allow her to trademark North's name, which would be transferred to her when she turned 18.

The reality star also emphasized that she had taken steps to protect North by ensuring she would not be involved in the song and stressed the importance of having a single person handle the trademark process. 

In response, Ye threatened to go to war if Kim did not amend the trademark situation, warning that their public fallout could be damaging. An insider revealed that Kim's main concern is the well-being and safety of her children, as she seeks to shield them from Ye's troubling behavior.

The star stated that while she is open to Ye fostering a relationship with their children, Bianca must follow specific rules to be involved in their lives. The reality star emphasized the couple refraining from nudity around the kids and limiting their candy intake to prevent excessive sugar highs.
