In early 2024, Fieri announced his new line of sauces, seasonings, and rubs, and now in March 2025, he's expanded the popular line to add eight new sauces and six new rubs and seasonings.
Guy Fieri Started With 9 Flavortown Sauces In 2024

Fieri started his sauce line with 9 tasty flavors in early 2024 - Famous Donkey Sauce, Top Secret Sauce, Poppin' Jalapeno Sauce, Honey Mustard Sauce, Kickin' Chipotle Sauce, Money Honey BBQ Sauce, Carolina BBQ Sauce, Mop Sauce BBQ Sauce, and Smokin' Hickory BBQ Sauce.
These sauces were released nationwide in March 2024, and now a year later, Fieri added even more flavor to the sauce lineup.
"I'm a huge sauce guy, and they call me the 'Boss of the Sauce' at my Chicken Guy restaurants. Seasonings, dry rubs, sauces, I think all of these are so necessary in people's cooking repertoire," Fieri told The Blast exclusively.
"This was a great collaboration with the folks at Litehouse. I mean, they really, no pun intended, saw the light. I had a very clear vision of what I wanted to do with Flavortown sauces and rubs and BBQ sauces and where I wanted it to go. I've not had a chance to work with people with such dedication and drive in this category. They were just amazing and what we brought out and where it is. It's offered nationwide and we've got a great partnership with Walmart. It's the real deal. When you call it Flavortown, it better have big flavor."
The New Flavortown Flavors Are Set To Hit Shelves Nationwide

When Fieri began crafting the new sauce flavors - Big Time Chili Lime, Hot Honey BBQ, Bacon Ranch, Garlicky Parm Wing Sauce, Bourbon Brown Sugar BBQ, Nashville Hot Wing Sauce, Sizzlin' Asian Wing Sauce, and O.G. Buffalo Wing Sauce - he first thought about the foods he currently eats.
"I think you listen to somebody's music or somebody's artwork or somebody's writings and it always comes from them, where their perspective is," he told The Blast. "I like big flavors. I've always been a big, bold flavor guy. I'd rather not eat than eat something boring."
He further explained the process of how he makes his food - what he puts on his burger, on top of his empanadas, or an Asian-inspired dish - and how that plays into how he crafts his signature Flavortown flavor.
"This is what I would put into a weeknight dinner for my family. Let's replicate that," he said. "Here's that sauce."
As far as coming up with dry rub and seasoning flavors, Fieri explained that his spice cabinet is "three levels of drawers" of spices.
"I have 10 different vinegars and 60 different spices and spices I can't pronounce," he said. "That's what I've always been about, creating big flavors."
BBQ Season Is Right Around The Corner And Guy Fieri Shares Tips!

Since BBQ season is right around the bend, Fieri shared some of his tips to ensure fabulous BBQ meals.
When asked what his top three tips are, he said the first one might upset some people.
"Get rid of the gas grills," Fieri said.
"I had the best gas grill, what I feel is one of the best gas grills in the world. Believe it or not, for you to get that gas grill as hot as you need it is about the same period of time that it takes that chimney of charcoal to really come up, maybe a little bit longer. The radiant heat and flavor you get from cooking with charcoal is, in my opinion, 10 to one over cooking with gas. That's just my personal opinion."
More Grilling Tips From Guy Fieri

Fieri shared two other valuable BBQ tips to make grilling season a little bit tastier.
"Marinade in things that don't catch on fire. Quit putting brines on foods or sauces on food to create gray smoke. Once they start to leak off the oil or start to burn the sugar, they start to change everything before it can be done. Dry brining is probably one of the best things they can do," he shared. "Don't sauce it until it's done. When you're done, that last two minutes, then you sauce and let it caramelize on that."
His third tip was to use a grill basket to grill vegetables. You can put asparagus, carrots, green beans, and many other veggies in a grill basket, as well as fish.
