Snooki from “Jersey Shore” thought she was just sharing a cute picture of herself with her baby, Angelo James LaValle but she was pushing the legal envelope.
The picture shows a smiling Snooki cuddling up to her little drool monster.
However, it was the caption of her post that raised the alarm for some fans.
“RISE & SHINEEEE,” Snooki wrote before going back and editing her caption by adding, “omg Kylie don’t sue me.”

Jenner has already started selling sweatshirts with the phrase printed on them.
Snooki seemed unaware that she could be infringing on Kylie’s intellectual property before a fan pointed it out to her.
“Careful Kylie Jenner might sue you for that caption now that she “trademarked” it,” a fan commented on Snooki’s post to let the star know.
The MTV star replied, “STAHP really! Omg.”
Another fan pointed out that while Kylie filed a trademark for the phrase with a certain amount of the letter I but Snooki used the letter E three times.
Jenner has only filed for the trademarks and does not have the rights to the saying yet.

It is possible that the United States Patent and Trademark Office will deny her filing for various reasons.
BTW one troll jokingly said, “You just look completely exhausted woman,” and Snooki hilariously replied, “why thank you!”
Snooki told her followers that she has struggled to get back in the gym after giving birth to her third child back in May.
