Ingredients:

• 2 oz Pantalones Organic Reposado Tequila
• 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1 oz Honey Syrup (½ oz honey + ½ oz warm water)
• 1-2 Slices of Habanero Pepper (Garnish)
• Honey and Coarse Salt (Rim)

Instructions:

1. Rim a coupe glass with honey, then dip it into coarse salt; set aside.
2. Prepare honey syrup by mixing equal parts honey and warm water, stirring until combined.
