Bravo chief Andy Cohen has reacted to Tamra Judge seemingly quitting "The Real Housewives of Orange County," hinting that she made the decision due to one of her best friends being sick.

Judge teased her "RHOC" exit on Sunday via a cryptic post on her Instagram Stories, leaving fans speculating about its meaning.

The reality TV star's apparent departure from the show comes three years after she returned for its 17th season and a few months after she revealed her "on the spectrum" diagnosis.

Andy Cohen's Response To Tamra Judge's Apparent 'RHOC' Exit

Cohen shared his thoughts on Judge's "RHOC" exit on his SiriusXM radio show, "Andy Cohen Live."

He said, "[Judge] did a post on Instagram. Something that inferred that she's leaving."

The "Real Housewives" producer continued, "I got the report of what happened last night. All I will say is this: I can't comment on what's going on while we're filming shows."

Cohen added, "I guess the only thing that is at the top of my mind is that one of her best friends is going through an incredibly intense health crisis. So, maybe keep that in mind."

The friend Cohen referred to is Teddi Mellencamp, Judge's co-host on their podcast, "Two T's in a Pod."

This isn't the first time Judge has quit "RHOC." She first exited the show in 2020, a day after co-star Vicki Gunvalson confirmed she was leaving, in what then seemed like the end of an era for the show.

Judge announced her exit at the time via a post on Instagram, writing, "It's been a wild 12 years. But it's time for me to move on. I'm sad to go but I'm very excited about my future. Love you guys."

However, the television personality's exit didn't last too long as she returned to the show in July 2022.

A source told Page Six at the time, "Tamra is thrilled to come back to the show, especially after feeling the fan love from her stint on 'Ultimate Girls Trip.'"

They added, "She can't wait to get back in the mix of "RHOC" and see how she can shake up the dynamic."

The Blast covered the story of how Judge responded to the backlash she received after revealing her "on the spectrum" diagnosis. The 57-year-old noted that not everyone criticized her after her health update but said she couldn't handle the hate she received.

Judge confessed, "So as much as I appreciate the amazing people who reached out, I think it's best to move forward more privately until I get to a better mental space."

She added, "My mental health is just not strong enough where I can be judged and hated on right now. Yes, I'm admitting I'm weak. And I'm okay with that right now."

Later in the post, Judge shared that she regretted speaking too soon about her health condition to the public.

She said, "I realize now I spoke too soon publicly and that processing this with such an onslaught of negative comments has been horrible. If you know me, you know I don't like to look weak or play the victim."

Judge concluded, "I also hate labels, just as much as I hate excuses. But I'm working on myself not a TV show; to be a better person for me and the people around me. This isn't some storyline. It's my real life."

As Tamra Judge navigates her "RHOC" exit and the backlash she received after revealing her "On the spectrum" diagnosis, her close pal, Teddi Mellencamp, has also been dealing with skin cancer.

Mellencamp, who was diagnosed with melanoma in 2022, recently provided an update on her cancer treatment, revealing that a scan showed multiple brain tumors remain after surgery.

She also has two tumors in her lung, but doctors are hopeful that immunotherapy will help.

Despite the diagnosis, Mellencamp remains optimistic, sharing her journey on Instagram with a lighthearted attitude.

Fellow Bravo stars, including Kyle Richards and Dorit Kemsley, sent messages of support.

Mellencamp expressed gratitude for the love and prayers and vowed to keep fighting.
