Comedian Druski and NFL star Odell Beckham Jr. have not wasted any time responding to reports of them being named in an amended Sean "Diddy" Combs lawsuit.

According to reports, Druski, real name Drew Desbordes, Beckham Jr., and singer Jaguar Wright were included as defendants in the lawsuit filed in the Northern District of California.

In October 2024, Ashley Parham filed a lawsuit against Diddy, alleging that she was drugged, kidnapped, and assaulted by multiple individuals after claiming the music mogul was involved in Tupac Shakur's death. She reportedly amended the lawsuit earlier in March to include Druski and Beckham Jr.

Druski Responds To Lawsuit

After reports of the amended lawsuit made headlines, Druski vehemently denied any involvement.

He did so via a statement on X, calling the allegation against him "a fabricated lie."

The content creator began, "This allegation is a fabricated lie. I wasn't a public figure in 2018 — I was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation, so the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish."

Druski continued, "My heart breaks for actual victims of abuse, but I'm fully confident that the evidence will expose this falsehood and the individuals who are maliciously trying to game the legal system to peddle false narratives."

Beckham Jr. responded to Druski's post by expressing confidence that he and the latter's name will be cleared.

He wrote, "Boy I'll tell you what. This world makes absolutely no sense. I am covered by God. He will prevail. I know who I am, I know who you are, keep your head. That name will be cleared. Shxts stupid."

In her lawsuit filing in October, Parham claimed Diddy raped her after she said he had a hand in Tupac Shakur's death.

She reportedly told someone she met at a bar about her thoughts on the music producer's alleged involvement in the slain rapper's murder, but the person she told was a friend of Diddy.

The person then told Diddy, who allegedly retaliated by luring her to meet him. She claimed the rapper raped her and that other people were present who took part in the act.

Parham claimed that she was raped "until eventually she had no control over her body nor could she move her body."

Authenticity Of Amended Lawsuit Against Diddy Called Into Question

As news of Parham's amended lawsuit made headlines, it created a buzz on social media, with several netizens sharing their thoughts on it.

While some commented on Druski and Beckham Jr.'s guilt or innocence in the matter, others questioned the authenticity of the reports. Some said the source of the information was public and represented official government documents.

X account MLFootball shared news of Beckham Jr.'s name being mentioned in the lawsuit before adding in another post, "The quote and accusations from above are from a document that was obtained from publicly available sources and appears to be an official government record."

They added, "The local court and attorneys involved have not yet confirmed its full authenticity and details."

An X user who commented on the post said, "Crazy that you guys are promoting fake stuff you can literally copy and paste the name and address of that place nothing comes up."

Another observant X user commented, "I don't think it's real. Never seen a court refer to a defendant by their nickname and not their legal government name. "Defendant Druski" lol gotta be fake."

Diddy's Recent Legal Setbacks

Whether true or not, news of Parham's amended lawsuit comes amid recent legal setbacks for Diddy.

The incarcerated music producer faces new legal troubles as his criminal case includes fresh allegations of "forced labor."

Recently, prosecutors claimed he and his associates forced employees to work under threats of physical, financial, and psychological harm.

The rapper, already facing charges of sex trafficking and racketeering, remains in jail as his lawyers maintain his innocence.

Meanwhile, Diddy suffered a setback after attorney Anthony Ricco mysteriously withdrew from his defense, citing ethical concerns.

Despite this, Diddy recently secured a legal win when one accuser dropped their case. His trial is scheduled for May 5.

For background, on January 22, 2025, Combs filed a defamation lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York against attorney Ariel Mitchell (Burgess and NewsNation).

In regards to this matter, Contra Costa Sheriff's Department spokesman Jimmy Lee confirmed only that "a report was taken" on March 23, 2018, the date in question.

"We take these cases seriously, and detectives thoroughly investigated the accusations," Lee wrote. "It was later determined the claims were unfounded."

In a statement to The Blast, Mr. Combs's legal team expressed:

“This new complaint – brought by an attorney who has already been sued for defaming Mr. Combs – demonstrates the depraved lengths plaintiffs will travel to garner headlines in pursuit of a payday. Mr. Combs was nowhere near Orinda, California on the day Ms. Parham claims she was assaulted there, and the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Department has already confirmed Ms. Parham’s claims were determined to be unfounded following a thorough investigation. In an attempt to salvage her claims following the investigation debunking them, Ms. Parham has now invented an even wilder narrative, alleging a vast (and facially implausible) conspiracy between law enforcement, local civilians, and media industry players. Her far-fetched tale contains it all: fake cops, cash bribes, and an alleged victim of the late Michael Jackson who was purportedly kidnapped across state lines and forced to “sign paperwork at gun point” while shepherded through a web of “safe houses”. No sane person reading this complaint could credit this story. Mr. Combs looks forward to having his day in court where these lies – and the perverse motives of those who told them – will be revealed.”
