On Sunday, March 9, Judge dropped a message hinting at her exit from the "RHOC" series on her Instagram Story. She seemingly reflected on her years on the program, implying that real life had taken precedence over reality TV. Judge wrote:

"IT WAS A LONG RUN! WHEN LIFE GIVES YOU REAL PROBLEMS THIS REALITY SH-- DOESN'T MAKE SENSE. PEACE OUT [peace sign emoji] IM OUT."

The entertainer left fans speculating the reasons behind her cryptic message, but it comes five months after she faced criticism for her "on the spectrum" announcement. The Blast covered the story, reporting Judge addressed the backlash in a lengthy post on Instagram.

In her message, Judge acknowledged that not everyone was a critic following her health update. However, the hate she received for sharing her diagnosis was not something she could handle. Despite her tough skin, the TV personality confessed:

"So as much as I appreciate the amazing people who reached out, I think it's best to move forward more privately until I get to a better mental space."

"My mental health is just not strong enough where I can be judged and hated on right now. Yes, I'm admitting I'm weak. And I'm okay with that right now," Judge explained in her concluding paragraph. She began her statement by addressing what influenced her to share her diagnosis publicly.

According to Judge, she started therapy earlier in 2024 because she felt "really insecure" and had "intrusive thoughts." She claimed her condition was so bad that she did not want to leave her home unless she had to, adding:

"I even considered just being admitted into a mental health facility."

She eventually gained clarity about her condition after having a lengthy conversation with her therapist, who claimed her symptoms "were all signs of being on the spectrum." Judge continued:

"Now, 'On the spectrum' it's such a broad term. I don't really understand it fully, and my therapist told me more evaluation was needed."

"But when I sat down at the mic to record my podcast 15 minutes later, and my head was spinning from what she had said. I had no time to process things or even talk to my family. I was just back at work. And I was so emotional I just blurted it out," Judge noted about her diagnosis revelation.

Judge shared that she initially wanted to cut out the announcement from her podcast but kept it because she wasn't used to hiding things from fans. However, the backlash that followed made her regret her decision to be open about a sensitive subject.

"But I realize now I spoke too soon publicly and that processing this with such an onslaught of negative comments has been horrible. If you know me, you know I don't like to look weak or play the victim," Judge noted, adding:

"I also hate labels, just as much as I hate excuses. But I'm working on myself not a TV show; to be a better person for me and the people around me. This isn't some storyline. It's my real life."

Three years before her cryptic post, The Blast shared that Judge had confirmed her return to the "RHOC" series. She revealed she was set to make a comeback on the show's seventeenth season, sharing a video of herself posing seductively in front of a green screen.
